Ordered on the mobile app. Waited 30 minutes for my food only for it to get to me cold with a hard, discolored bun. I’m traveling back home to Oklahoma so I thought we’d stop for a quick bite to eat. Haha jokes on me. ?
This visit was very promising, the staff was fast friendly accurate,the food was fresh, got a good crew going for now, I hope they keep this crew.they were making improvements to the flowers out front and by the drive through,nice?
EVERY OTHER TIME I COME THE ICE CREAM MACHINE OR THE SLUSH MACHINE IS DOWN OR ITS A PROBLEM...MAKES NO SENSE FOR THIS CORPORATION TO MAKE A TRILLION DOLLARS A YEAR AND CONTINUE TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM SMH...ONLY REASON I GVE IT 2 STARS IS BECAUSE I LOVE THIER FRIES IF IT WASN'T FOR THAT I WOULDN'T BOTHER
The food was as expected. Had to wait at speaker for a while to get order. Then got up to the window to pick up my mail, and was told to pull around the building and wait I guess so it would run up to time on their per car time. There were three cars in line waiting for about 5 minutes for their food. It seems that every time I go to McDonald's, I'm always surprised it never changes.
Horrible. Food in Alabama was fresh. Soon as we got to Mississippi we stopped at this McDonald’s and we had to throw the food away. Bread was old and hard, fries tasted as if they had been left out for a long time. Ridiculous. Should’ve looked at the reviews only thing that was right was the drink.
Never will go to this McDonald's again. Everytime I pull in workers all outside playing around. No one at the menu board to take your order. I always got to say hello or excuse me several times to get someone. Nothing but lazy, bad attitude, sorry little kids work there.
Drive thru was filthy..Customer service was God awful..gave my change back and some hit the ground.....they shut the window and never said anything else..They was hollering waiting on fries to come up..Not to mention all the long braids no hair net ..no mask.I WILL GO THERE EVER..
I went to Clinton blvd and hwy 80 to get a frappe and both stores said the machine is down. Gas is too high for me to waste a trip. Y’all both need to do better ?
Wait was too long fries were as old as me and the last time their ice cream machine worked I was eating happy meals??
This McDonald’s is always so. Most of the time my order is not right. The staff is ghetto and have no customer service training. After I went in get my order corrected they were rude and took an extra 20 minutes for a quarter pounder and six pieces nugget.
