I just can't figure out why this location has such a problem putting apple slices and fries in a Happy Meal. I have gotten to the point that I have to specifically request both side items and yet, to my utter amazement, they still can't get it right! Come on, guys. This isn't rocket science especially considering that the Happy Meal is SUPPOSED TO COME WITH BOTH!! JEEEEZZ!!
I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin meal. The dolts forgot to add the egg. For years, I had stopped going to this location because they ALWAYS mess up an order. I guess I will go back to ignoring this place! The girl working the window in the morning on 4/5 has a bad attitude.
I ordered a mcdouble burger, sweet tea and 4 pc nuggets. I get on Interstate 55north. I reach into bag pull out burger and lo an behold it is a chicken sandwich. I wasn't happy and had no time to go back.
My daughter and I went to get 2 McFlurry's @ $3.50 a piece and they were as small as a sample Wendy's frosty and only 3/4 full. I was very disappointed and will not go back. Such a shame too because the McFlurry's used to be really good and you got more bang for your buck.
Rudest customer service! Called because they gave me the wrong food after waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins! Got all the way home and they had given me the wrong food, my bad for not checking it at the window, but hey it’s their job to get the order right I thought but maybe I’m wrong! Back to the phone call, I called and let them know what happened and she said to come back through. I explained that I was already home and I wouldn’t come back through anyway because I spent 30 minutes in their drive through line already. All the lady could say was oh okay then hung up on me!!!! Poor customer service all around! It’s not my fault you messed up my order to begin with!
I'm very disappointed in them. I used to get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and the cheese came on the biscuit. Now they are charging extra for the cheese. I will now be going to Burger King where I can get 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits for what McDonalds is charging me for just one! Shame on you McDonalds for charging so much!
Fish was cold bread was hard the young girl just came out of high school threw my card back in my hand looked at me like she was waiting for me to say something but I didn't because the devil stay busy I'm get my blessing these young children can't cook just came out of high school practicing not learning just want a pay check that's it they need to close the McDonald's down or bring the old school people's back in to show how to cook and have the nerve to put a young manager age 16 through 18 managing position where they do that at
Forget the times that are listed for them being open. They don't open at 5:30 like it says. I was there yesterday morning when the menus lit up at that time. They don't start taking orders until at least 6 or after. Very misleading when you're travelling & want to drop off the interstate for an early breakfast.
Out of all of the mcds I frequent throughout the week for work, this one makes the freshest burgers. My only complaint from this location is the manager was taking the drive thru orders and skipped over me 5 times in lane two. She even came over the intercom and asked me to hold then proceeded to take 4 more car orders from lane one. I ended up pulling forward and ordered at the window with the clerk and saw it was the manager doing this.
The manager was very rude and they got my order wrong and I strictly repeated my order on the speaker got to the window and it was still wrong they pulled me around to the door and I didn't check cause I thought my order would be right this time and when I got home my baby order was still wrong had cheese was on it after I said plain only meat and bread
