I know I took a risk by ordering wings at a Mexican restaurant. But should I not still have an expectation for quality food? I’m warning you if you’ve ever thought about this item. Their “special sauce” is enchilada roja sauce. The wings are fried but served dry (I dipped them into a side bowl filled with said sauce.) We also ordered queso which had vegetables and chicken included. However, there were more extra ingredients than actual queso.
This place is completely used up, worn out, and the men’s room is very dirty. I could not help but wonder if the kitchen is clean. That being said, the food tasted fine and the margarita was pretty good.
I went there today and not only was the service bad, because no was in there around noon. The chips tasted burnt, and they charged me for my friend and I food ever though she had already paid for her meal. I waited an hour for the so called manager to come. I left and came back and the “manager” was the same man that was there the whole time! He argued me down that they didn’t charge me twice, when I’mShowing him my bank statement. Do NOT GO THERE! They are thieves and will act like no one speaks English when it’s time to discuss money! I’m taking them to small claims court! They’re going to give me my $30 back one way or another. I’ve heard horror stories about them over charging people but now it’s happened to me, and I will never be back.
the servers are extremely rude. me and my friends where ignored multiple times. we asked a waitress for help and she completely stopped rolled her eyes and kept walking.
If I could give it a negative I would. What makes this post so bizarre is that it is not based on the food, but on the customer service extended to place a pick up order. First they put me on hold so I just called back. And why was I greeted by an individual asking me what do I want now!CONFUSED I AM! I want nothing from this restaurant ever again. That's for certain! Cab definitely say NEVER to this restaurant!!!
The food taste great but the place stunk. Half of the restaurant was closed off maybe since they're short staffed.
Fiesta Margarita was absolutely delicious! Went on a Monday night. The atmosphere was perfect. Not many people there. We sat at the bar. The staff was nice and welcoming. Salsa could use more herbs and peppers. It was a little bland. I ordered the shrimp happy plate. It was shrimp, rice, pico, and caso cheese. They were very generous with the cheese. The happy plate also came with tortillas.
Our server was good but it was 25 of us and he was the only server we had they should have given him some more help b4 the supervisor decided to fuss at him
I used to like this place but they’re just going downhill. A couple of friends and I came here recently and they sat us but we had to wait forever just for chips and salsa. Our server who said he was the manager displayed poor customer service tending to tables sat AFTER us and didn’t do a courtesy checkup. The food is okay but their drinks are really good!
Best place in town if you want water downed salsa. If you want your meal on the house I suggest this place!! Had to ask the waiter for 20 minutes for the check as he walked around wiping tables nobody has even sat at since we had been there.
