The people were very mean and I dont know why. I kept trying to be nicer and nicer cause everybody has there bad days and I understand that but the young lady at the window was just horrible to us. And when we ate our Hambergers it had something gritty in each one as if you had dirt in your mouth so after about 4 of them like that we threw the rest away. It was the 12 pack combo with 2 fries and 2 drinks.
Was asked to park after 15 minutes of waiting and them not being busy I went in to see what the hold up was. They have a 17 year old manager that doesn't know how to run a line or handle customer service. Staff could be trained better.
Little bit of a wait if you go late at night but the food was hot and fresh
The regular burger and cheese burger was alright but the last few times I’ve gotten the chicken sandwich it’s always either old or over fried and old, never seem to honestly be fresh
Food was all hot and delicious and fresh!But that parking lot entryway surrounding the Krystals needs some serious work! you could seriously pop a tire on those holes!!I realize it's Jackson but it makes visiting this Krystal's very difficult!
The restaurant was recently remodeled and is clean..people were friendly and order was Cory...getting to the restaurant however was awful..the road has holes everywhere so be careful driving
Easy on the onions there Krystal... Beginning to seem like that's the main ingredient in the patties... Some people still eat then for lunch and would like to talk to people without scorching their retinas with onion breath... Maybe a non onion party should be an alternative...
The spicy wings are fantastic. Customer service could be improved; the folks got the drink orders wrong.
Quick friendly service. They did a great job. My wait time was very very short. Especially considering when I pulled up the line was out to the road! I work for DoorDash so technically I’ll do this review as a delivery!
Extremely rude assistant manager. I went for lunch around 1pm. The lobby had several people dining, including several jpd officers. When I got to the door to go in, the manager locked it right in front of me. I knocked and asked here what's up, she told me I can take my [email protected]@ somewhere else. I walked away. I didn't do anything but get out of my car and goto the door when this happened. I sent a letter to corporate and never heard back. I would avoid this particular location and I wont ever go back.
