Great experience today what I really love about this restaurant your order 99.9 accurate, fresh everything you need is in the bag it's one lady works the window very nice and professional no her stuff. Not sure if the Manger Ms.Tina still there but she could really keep the drive through moving fast.
Employees we're very friendly and nice. They seemed to like there job. I'm 61 years old when me and my first husband were dating this Krystal was one of our 1st stops on our Friday and Saturday night date. Just sitting in the drive thru brought back a ton of wonderful memories. Thanks for bringing me back to a time I thought would last forever.
Slow. Always a line. Manager got smart with me about my order. Felt so disrespected. Only go here when I want breakfast and feel like waiting.

About six months ago I went to the one on Old Canton Road i would not go back into another one but I did on N. State St. so glad I did service was impeccable the food was great and the manager was very nice and the food tasted like it did 20 years ago Way to go Owner made a believer out of me again The only problem I had I should’ve got more Way to go
This is easily the slowest drive through I've ever seen in my life. I thought maybe they were trying to make it fresh but it wasn't. They just obviously don't care.
They left off part of my order. After checking it was not on the receipt.
I came to Jackson because my dad was in the hospital and I wanted to get breakfast for my mom, dad and myself. Well if I ever have to come back to Jackson for any reason I won't come back to Krystal. The cashier and the shift manager both had an attitudes and the breakfast food wasn't good at all. A customer even said to the cashier "You act like you don't want to be here", she replied by saying "I don't "! I ended up going to McDonald's, because Krystal food was disgusting, and the employees there were nice and friendly and oh the food was better there.
