Food is usually good but also fairly unreliable. If y’all are no longer open Saturdays please turn off online ordering instead of cancelling twenty minutes after ordering and take Saturday hours off of google. This is the third Saturday I think I’ve tried to get food here with no luck.
Food is same as usual but workers were very rude
One employee in particular always has a nasty attitude. I was spoken to rudely and given many sighs as if I wasn’t supposed to order. I just decided to leave and this is not a place I rather contribute my money to.
Yummy food and staff is friendly but you gotta stick to your advertised open and closed times guys. Like come on you’re right next to a hospital and two colleges you could be raking in so much dough.
Ok, are y’all open until 8 or aren’t you? The last three times I’ve come, it’s been 7:15PM. Each time, you have been closed or the employees were in the store with the door locked. When they came to the door they told me you are “out of bread.” First of all I just don’t believe that, since I know your store has to stock primary inventory for days at a time. Second of all, if your hours are not until 8PM, you need to change your hours on any existing online sources.
It appears this restaurant has had a manager change ... And I must say, I like this one. She is very people oriented and she "will" change the culture here. Bravo Jimmy John's. You have a real one here.
Horrible When The Employees Horrible..That Gold Hair Lady And Short Chunky Lady both needs better People Skills BEFORE DEALING WITH PEOPLE..Neither has a mask on but looking crazy and handing PEOPLE their food as if their ContagiousSTILL HAD MY ORDER COMPLETELY WRONG AT THE END OF THE DAY
Jimmy johns is easy stop for your road trip this is a nice location with helpful and frielbfriendlydly staff. I enjoy the french bread they use for their sandwiches. It is tasty and the way the bottom is a bit crunchy. I only wish they had better and spicier mustard. I always try for extra but it would be nice to put it on myself and have extra.
Incredibly slow (even at the shop -- not delivery) and unbelievably rude.While I was waiting outside another customer walked up and asked how long I'd been waiting. He said he wasn't surprised, as that was his experience in the past and he didn't intend to come back. A third customer agreed! These employees have an attitude problem and management needs to fix it or be changed itself.
Food was very good. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly.
