Food was hot and fresh, made to order. Staff were friendly and courteous. The A/C in this location was not working very well which made the dining room uncomfortably warm. If I had been dining in, I would not have stayed because of the failing A/C. Not a good part of town as there were sketchy people roaming the parking lot. The food was excellent though.
TRUST ME, If I can give -5 stars,I would do it twice...Not only did WE deal with Very bad service, but,after an entire hour had passed after making our orders, was it acknowledged that my family and I were waiting and our orders were intentionally being ignored..Had a great waiter (#189)(Jay)that was clearly embarrassed by the lack of attention, hospitality and overall customer service from the management (Ms. April) and the cook (Nokman)With a $137.00 ticket that was clearly over priced for a number of reason1 Forced gratuity2 There was NO ICE and some drinks are better/supposed to be chilled..(Plus we only knew it was no ice after getting the warm drinks)3 Took over an hour and the orders were still completely wrong4 We had the pleasure of watching customers whom had come in and made their orders 30 minutes after we placed our orders, enjoy themselves and the luke warm drinks..Very upsetting, and an experience were I actually expected a full refund for a number of reasons...A Successful business DOES NOT RUN NOR DOES IT OPERATOR IN SUCH A POOR MANARI still want a refund
Um… 0 stars. Walked in at 3:30 am tonight and they said, “We are not taking any orders. We stop after a certain time.”Pretty much said, “We don’t want to work right now.”A few minutes later, they said, “We start serving at 4am.”You can’t be called 24hrs if you don’t serve at all hours of the day… The other 3 employees were just chit chatting at a table. Looks to me that they want to get paid to do nothing.Just wanted to make management aware.
The food was okay it was a little cool not as hot as I like my food to come out of the kitchen per se and it is very pricey I know prices have gone up everywhere but $30 for two people to eat breakfast is downright outrageous. One customer was showing everyone her plate looks like she had sugar ants in her syrup
Worst service I have ever experienced. Staff is busy playing and not helping the newest waitress... manager is ignoring the new waitress and at the end I didn't get anything I order cause no one would help her. This store needs some major help in the basic customer service and team work. Sad to see so much disrespect in one building.
Do NOT use their online ordering! If you must place an order, do it through DOORDASH! The food comes from their restaurant but once it’s out of the door it’s out of their hands! Choose DoorDash because when ANYTHING goes wrong DoorDash will be able to compensate you! My food wasn’t even covered properly just all out in the open, bag wide open and I can’t even eat it. Guess who doesn’t get their money back since they ordered from the site and not DoorDash? Me. Lol n smh!
Food was trash, and the waitress was new so she had no idea on what she was doing but I can't blame her it just goes to show she wasn't properly trained. Used to be my favorite location but I guess it's time for a change and find another one.
The food was delicious, however the service was horrendous, waitress took forever to tale the order, the food also took forever to get to the table and at some point the waitress even forgot my drink. It might be a good place to go to in the morning but at night I highly recommend you don't.
Went there with 2 friends for breakfast had the worst experience, waited 15 minutes to be seated, three was no customers there , waitress was rude I ordered coffee It tasted like it was made the day before I asked for fresh but never got it the food was not good at all we complained & the manager & kitchen staff was very upset. Never will I go there again I hop Greenway dr. Jxn. Ms
If I could rate this establishment zero stars, I would. As soon as we walked in the door, a customer was yelling at the manager working the hostess counter saying that the waitress taking care of her table should be fired. That should have been our first sign to turn around and leave. After several minutes, we were finally seated. Multiple waitress walked passed us. Fifteen minutes passed and no one had even acknowledged us. Finally, I heard two waitress arguing over who was suppose to take our table. One of the waitresses asked if anyone had waited on us and I said no. She walked off. We watched another table get seated and waited on right away. We finally got up and walked out. No one stopped us to even ask what was wrong. We will never return to this restaurant. Please stear clear!
