The customer service at this restaurant was the worst I've ever Experienced. I ordered a chicken to me Chimichanga it tasted like it had barbecue chicken in it the most bland barbecue chicken you could ever imagine wrapped in a flower tortilla and deep fried the manager would not even remove it from the bill not to mention he was rude and unprofessional. I've worked in the industry for years and I can't imagine that any of my managers would have ever acted the way this man acted
It was my first and last time trying this place. It was so disgusting. I don’t even understand how someone can mess up a beef burrito & a enchilada but they both had such a funny taste to it.
The food is served very fast! The service is from the host to the waiter is friendly and welcoming! My food was fresh and hot. The serving size is more than enough... This was only my second time eating her and was satisfied both times! You will definitely leave Full!!!
Horrible customer service. I order something I did not like and the waiter stated that it was not his problem and that I would still have to pay for something I didn't even eat. I asked for a different order but was refused an option
The lunch was cheap, salty, cold beans, and overcooked rice. Comes with chips n salsa.
Hands down the greatest Mexican restaurant of all time. GOAT STATUS! The second best Mexican restaurant is leaps and bounds worse than El Charro. If I was on death row, my last meal would be a steak and shrimp quesadilla with a large queso and a stout a$$ margarita from this place. I’m fresh off of that meal as I write this, and I’ve never felt more alive. You know those hidden gems in every town/city? Well, El Charro is that gem but better. Exceptional service, tremendous atmosphere, great pricing, and outstanding food.

Table for 1 is super small for a tall guy. The portion of a Hawaiian quesadilla was super small. Cheese on the inside wasn’t melted all the way. The tortilla was only half full of contents. Sad. Did I mention portion size super small? I had to eat all of my chips just to feel me up half way. Yeah.. meh
The variety of items on the menu was great. The food was excellent. Nice place to check out.
