Im always impressed with the food at this location. It is the ABSOLUTE BEST in this city. Fish is Always Hot, Crispy and Fresh!!! No one can beat the prices and they thee most Consistent. The person who takes my order ensures my orders are accurate and gives great customer service.
The wait is well worth it. The food is always hot and delicious. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly. I like the curbside service and you can also order online.
Worst customer service in the world .a big sloppy man finally came to take my order. I asked him for a menu and he got and attitude and said the menu was on the website and he would be back in 20 minutes to take my order , after I had already been waiting for 20 minutes. They don’t value people time at all. Be be prepared for ride people and long waits.

This was the worst experience I've ever had eating out.You sit in a very long line 1 hr and 48 min to be exact,only to have the owner of the business come out to the car and verbally attack you when asked about the wait.He was condescending,verbally abusive, and extremely unprofessional. The food was dry and cold once I did receive it. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE and am filing a complaint with the city and the Better Business Bureau. Again this was the worst experience I've had in my 54 years. Horrible,just horrible.Im not sure who it was that responded but I never been any kind of driver for anyone. Someone trying to take the focus off the review,either way I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.

One star for customer service. You will never get my money being rude. The big tall gentleman taking orders has to realize that you can’t be rude to in this type of business, Especially to someone driving 40 minutes round trip only to get treated like me being a customer doesn’t matter. I’ve been coming here since a child and unfortunately won’t be back bc I did nothing to warrant the unfair and rude treatment. It’s hard to keep our dollars in our community when we aren’t being respected. Never again!!!!

It's our first time here, so we weren't sure if we could call in our order ahead of time. There's two ways to order, pull up to the "drive up" car lane, someone will come to your car and take your order, or through Waitr for pick up/delivery. We got there around 5pm, there were several cars in front of us, but they are fast, and the food is made fresh to order.We got the pan trout dinner (4 pan trout, 2 sides) with double fries, and 3 piece catfish filet sandwich (really 6 pieces), all fried hard. We waited 15mins at most. I was so excited to see my bundle of joy, white steaming bag of fried goodness delivered right to my car window.I got a whiff of the fresh, hot, fried fish, now I just had to take a peek (shouldn't have done that). It was over, I'm done, no way am I making home without a nibble... Y'all they piled this so high ? I got like the whole fish tank in my bag.Everything was so well seasoned, I did the happy dance all 35 minutes home. By the time we made it back, there was only 1 pan trout filet left ? The price is AMAZING! I couldn't find a menu online, so I looked at their menu through Waitr. If you're on a time crunch, I highly recommend ordering it through Waitr for pick up, the price difference is only .10-.30 cents, definitely worth saving you some time.Carlyn M. Hicks told me about it for a while now, I just haven't had a chance to come here since we live a little out. Easily my top 5 places to eat in Jackson. If you're out this way, DO NOT PASS on this place
