I gave it one star just because I have to in order to put a review If not I would give a -5 star. I placed an order on line on Sunday 5/15 8:38 pm with total of $63 to be delivered . It was 10 pm still wasn't closing time and still my pizza wasn't delivered, I decided to go to the restaurant and all the lights were off it looked like if it was closed, I knocked , honked on the drive-thru window and no answer. I didn't get my order at all, I was refunded $ 53 dls only They did charge $10 for what? That's what I would like to know. Definitely this is the first and last time I buy at this Domino's.
My pizza didn't get garlic on the crust, and my parmesan twists had no sauce cups(i ordered extra) and had almost no parmesan. Not exaggerating in the slightest ehen i say no parmesan, there was about a pinch worth of parmesan on the whole order.
No complaints here. Hot pizza, fast pizza, delicious pizza. They have never messed up my order.
They completed my order to perfection. Delivered it within a timely manner and provided fantastic customer service.
Always satisfied with Domino's 4555 Office Park store. My food preparer does a wonderful job. Pizza be looking like a commercial pizza. If you know what that mean. But if your thinking about pizza give this store a try. I promise excellent service. Office park of Jackson, Domino's of Byram and the convenience store Dominos in Vicksburg are three of the best in the NATION for as I'm concern!!!!!!! Buy from one of these stores you'll be hooked too!!!!! AND THIS IS COMING FROM A FOODIE
I live in Biloxi and was visiting Jackson for a night, I like my local Domino’s, well at least I thought I did until I ordered from this one. Pizza was great, wasn’t greasy like I’ve become accustomed to without realizing that I had been eating greasy pizza until now. I’ll never eat my local Domino’s the same way again. Good job!
Totally disappointed, I didn't even get my order, I called in made my order had my order number supposed to be a 20 minute wait, after 45 minutes, I called the store back to ask about my order they didn't know what I was talking about so after an hour and 35 minutes , I drove away and went home and went to bed. Very upset and ? sad.
Why out an option on the app to bypass he line and come in and pick up if you are not going to allow me to come in and pickup. Had to wait for 20 minutes in the drive thru line for a pizza that was already ready
I ordered 2 pizzas. One thin chicken only and a hand tossed medium I was passed the wrongs pizza no apology. They leave me with one pizza then to wait in the next. One cold pizza one hot. It’s 6 employees if not more- not a single face mask or hair net in sight. These are the facts. Save your tip money- little caeser got them hot n ready right down the street.
Don't order during lunchtime. Your order is never ready when the app tells you it's ready for pickup. When it is, half will be ready and than they tell you to pull around front for the other half of your order. By the time the second 1/2 comes, the 1st half is cold. Triple check ur order as well. It seems they can't follow instructions. After 2nd order came back, it was still wrong. I just drove away with pizzas I didn't order, because I had already sat in the parking lot for 35min. I ordered 1 1/2 hours before. This is the 3rd time thos has happened. I'm done. Little Ceasars in the area beats them by 300%. Sad
