Tried it again but this time with just the wings and man ......That was my last time ordering from there. This is ridiculous the food they serving. Don't waste your money, this Domino's is trash
On Monday May 16, 2022 I was in Jackson on a field trip with 40 students. We had a bus issue and couldn't make our plan for dinner. So in order to get dinner for the students, I called this Dominos location to place a large order. This order was made at 8:14pm and I was assured that the food would be made within 40 mins to an hour. At 8:56pm I called the store because I wanted to include some drinks in the order. The woman on the phone told me that the order was cancelled because I should have ordered a large order ahead of time and they didn't try to call because they didn't have my number. I explained the situation to her again and asked what we could do and that ordering ahead of time wouldn't have been possible because we were in an emergency situation. The agent then hung up the phone. This was the worst Domino's experience I have ever had.
Worst place I could have ordered PIZZA FROM they gave me one pizza wrong I’ve tried calling In the crew members hanging up the phone in my face wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. Soon I get the manager on the phone this morning he call me a lie and over talk me and act like I’m the problem!! when my husband sitting right next to me hearing the whole conversation I wouldn’t recommend nobody ordering from here I reported them to corporate!!! Disgusting business disgusting attitudes!! Customer service runs every business and this is a HUGE thing this LOCATION LACK !!! NEVER AGAIN !! They charge a dollar for a small pack of cheese ‼️
I’ve ordered delivery numerous times from here and they never show up with the food. No calls, emails, nothing about a canceled order. Terrible customer service.
Strangest experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant! We ordered onlineand prepaid. When we went to the restaurant to pick up our order, it wasn’t ready, so we pulled around to wait. After waiting more than an hour and watching numerous other people get their orders and still no pizza (despite the tracker saying it was ready), we were only told “the manager” was slow and must be “picking and choosing what to make”. After hearing this, we requested a refund, at which point, the employee blew up, refused to finish our order, and closed the whole store at approximately 9:30 p.m.! Definitely will not be patronizing this Domino’s again!
Twice in the last week I ordered delivery, and the first time they confirmed my order and never showed up couldn’t get thru to the store afterwards. The second time, earlier this evening 4/4/22 the same thing happened, Trish I think is her name confirmed my order told me they’re still delivering. And then they canceled my order and ignore the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. She has poor mannerisms on the phone when she does answer. 1/10
Just came from there. Got the oven baked MEDITERRANEAN VEGGIE SANDWICH. Dude who prepared it was skillful, friendly, and professional. Sandwich is perfect. Top notch! I wish they had a tip jar.
I placed my order and was told that my order would be delivered in 25 to 30 minutes. I then received a call saying they wasn’t delivering any more, but meanwhile they have taken my money off my card. I asked would my money be refunded asap so that I could get something to eat, I was told it would be 3 to 5 days or wait 2 hours for my order.
My daughter and I absolutely love dominoes. Their food or rather pizza is outstanding and always precise. They have amazing desserts also delicious pastas and extra goodies like breadsticks or garlic bread. They are always very efficient and have everything prepared in a timely manner with an extra extraordinary personality to go with Which ever item you choose to snack on or make as a Lunch, dinner, and or supper. And of course the staff is top notch.???✝️❤️
Every time I visit this location, there’s always some rude worker at the window, but today was the icing on the cake. I pulled up to the window, no greeting or anything but you can clearly see them carrying on a conversation. Worker then walks off, grabs a stack of boxes, and assumes that is my order. I had to ask for confirmation that it was my food before having it shoved in my face and ending this experience with a grand slam of the window in my face. Each time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, I am disappointed time and time again. Not to mention that my food was burnt, probably because their conversation was so juicy! Yum!
