Excellent double shot of espresso. Porcelain cup was an added touch. It has a nice atmosphere with local artwork hanging on the walls.
I love this place. Good coffee and very friendly staff, but recently this location has unfortunately been a hangout for a couple homeless guys. The least two times I went in to sit and work, one particular, very large gentleman made himself at home on the couch and even seemed to be taking a nap at one point. He was very ripe… don’t really know how to put it otherwise without coming off rude… and the oder filled the entire room so that it didn’t matter how far away one sat. He also started very loudly and constantly yelling “Excuse me, miss/sir…” at customers and staff to beg people to buy him a hot chocolate or other things. I’d brought my friend who was visiting from out of town so that we could sit and work together and enjoy a good coffee. She made the mistake of getting into a conversation with him and so he continued to yell for her, interrupting her work and even a business phone call. We had to leave. Very disappointing. I feel absolutely terrible saying this because I have so much empathy for people who need help. Perhaps the staff could create a space for him to hang out and instruct him to leave their customers alone. I commend people who could work through it, but it’s pretty much unbearable for me to work in there. I won’t be going back, except for a coffee to go, unless I’m sure he won’t be there.
I love cups so much. If you come to Jackson or are just looking for a new coffee shop, i would highly recommend cups, everyone there is so nice and so kind and it's always a blast going there.

Even though an affogato wasn’t on the menu, the barista still made it for me, and it was delicious. I also ordered the capitol street hot latte which is also delicious.
This location is an easy five-star service no worries here friendly vibes all over its the day after Christmas it's a total lifesaver and please try the butter scotch mocha
