I get it, fast food is a stressful and generally all-around terrible job. The service here is horrendously awful and so is the food. I don’t blame the workers, they are just doing their best with the tools that are available to them. This is the fault of whatever manager/owner/franchise runs this location. If I was this person I would be so ashamed that I wouldn’t even mention the fact that I was responsible for this place. It’s that bad. Your customers are miserable, take better care of them before they leave for good.
Burger meat was smaller than the buns they looked like they was cut in half.???
We always love stopping at a Cook Out when traveling in the South, so made a point of hitting one for lunch. Our group of 15 walked in and I have to give the young man working kudos. The other lady out front was a little shocked by our size (restaurant was empty otherwise) but he was like we got this. He took our orders quickly and with a smile on his face the entire time. Food came out quickly, aside from them forgetting the last few items.
I LOOOVVVEEEE this place! Always super super quick, their shakes are DELICIOUS ?, and HOT when u get it. The best prices and choices in my opinion u can’t beat it!
House flies for days! Stay a while at the cash register and be prepared to wait as you decide on what sounds good on paper but be ready for disappointment they throw together. The spicy chicken sandwich is chicken that's bland lettuce and squirt of mayo. The bacon wrap is a flour tortilla with lettuce and bacon literally just that. The hush puppies are store bought and over fried. The walking taco is red Doritos with some mystery meat and a cup of sour cream rolled up in the Doritos bag it's just thrown in the bag as that. Would never go back to this one. The one on the coast is just the same but they didn't have flies.
Been in the lobby (which is open) at the counter for over 8 minutes and have yet to be helped. No one even acknowledged my presence. One worker saw me, made eye contact, and proceeded to the cooking area. I’m still waiting. It’s been over 10 minutes now. This is absolutely unprofessional ? I am leaving after 14 minutes total here. Workers in the back eating food while making orders in the cooking area… it’s disgusting! ? ? Good food in the past, but the service today is inexcusable.
Our go to meal, the steak style burgers and onion rings for the sides and the blueberry cheesecake shake for dessert. Very tasty. Drive thru is efficient. The dining room very clean. Employees are attentive and courteous.
I'd rank it 5 stars if the counter clerk actually provided service like he wanted to be there. His whole attitude was pretty blasé and after we got our food, I went to ask him for some ketchup and napkins but he was nowhere to be found.
The food was good and fresh at 2 am. We got the Cookout Tray with the double bacon cheeseburger, fries, chicken quesadilla, and soda. It was all delicious.
Surprisingly burgers were great!! Nicely grilled, ooey gooey cheese, reminds me of in-n-out fast food burger. Your sides can literally be another main entrée or fries ? We got two different quesadillas as a side. Service was good and quick. Quesadillas were like the small cheap ones at Taco Bell, we'll probably get a different side next time.
