IN LINE FOR ABOUT TEN MINUTES GET TO THE SPEAKER THEY SAID THEY WAS CHANGING SHIFTS WAITED ANOTHER 10 MINUTES LADY TOOK MY ORDER THERE IS A CAR AND TRUCK IN FRONT OF ME WAITED FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES.TRUCK GOT HIS ORDER AND LEFT CAR JUST TOOK OFF WITH NO ORDER I FINALLY GET TO THE WINDOW HAND MY CREDIT CARD TO THE LADY SHE SAID "YOU CAN COME INSIDE TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD WE ONLY TAKING CASH AT THE DRIVE THRU" I SAID OK GET TO THE DOOR ITS LOCKED SO I CALLED CHURCH'S WHILE I WAS STILL THERE A YOUNG MAN ANSWERED THE PHONE I TOLD HIM THAT THE LADY TOLD ME TO COME IN TO PAY FOR MY ORDER HE SAID "SHIFT CHANGE WE GET TO IT" AND HUNG UP THE PHOPHONRPHONE
There was a line around the building but my order was fresh out the grease hot.
Service was horrible we waited in the heat for 30 minutes or longer staff hanging all outside an rude we placed our order was told to pull up after sitting we decided to go inside ask for a drink for the wait was told we had to pay another $4.15 I told the cashier that we’re waiting on a order that was placed 30 minutes ago she was very unprofessional I will not return!!!!
I caught them right after opening so my chicken was finally fresh and I was satisfied
Busy but worth the wait. Great tasting food biggest pieces of chicken of any other chicken places.
No suggestive sales, order most visits is never right. Old grease on fries.

The stuff was horrible. An the food was hard cold an over cooked. Well.place my order I was trying to ask about the purple sauces name when another lady jumped in an said this isn't Popeyes. Then the 1st lady said did you need anything elseI was so hungry I just bite my tongue. It was so smokey in the place the had a fan on the counter to try am clear up the foggy smoke. You can't pay me to go back there
Hey I gave this location five stars but they deserve so much more my family and I are grateful for people who work here and serve our community despite this pandemic .so thank you all & Elizabeth R whose name is on my receipt for your hard work
I was in line for 40 mins but the chicken was hot and the service was great!
