Terrible Customer Service, They were out of chicken. Drove to the other Churches down the street and they were out of Dark meat chicken.Drove back to the first Churches and they were out of sides except potatoes.
The food be good when they're not closed due to staffing issues or out of something you want.
Chicken was cold and asked for mashed potato got corn on the cob. And the sweet tea was so sweet couldn't drink it.
I've been calling since yesterday and the line is continuously busy....needed to place a large order..
The chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease. Even though I was told by an employee it was only two on the clock, it was like six people in the building including someone holding a kid behind the counter even though the lobby wasn't open.
I love their sweet tea so picked up 6 gallons from the cooler.
I ordered 100 pieces of chicken for a family get together and the chicken was hot and delicious, the lady that took the order was very nice and asked if I wanted something to drink during my wait which only took about 20 minutes. I was very happy with this location.
Drive thru wait was very long. You had to wait till you got to the wi dow to order. Will not be going back.
Sat in drive thru for 45 min and no cars moved. I even tried to waitr the food the week before and it was canceled
What ever you do please don’t eat from this place anymore there food is really poorly cooked and they never have freshly cooked food
