Great service. Seated immediately. Food came out faster than I've ever seen. Food was great. I got the honey chipotle crispers. And strawberry lemonade. Highly recommend
I swore this location off years ago and would travel to the Madison location. I recently came here and was really impressed. We were seated immediately (big change), the staff was friendly (drastic change), and the waiter took care of us, by checking on us frequently (I almost fell over dead with this action). I sure hope this wasn’t a fluke - it didn’t feel like it. I am giving 3 stars for now and will try this place again soon to update.
Went to Chili’s on Briarwood with a pull up order for the triple appetizer and drink. 2 Eggrolls and Honey Crispers. Food was hot and accurate with extra ranch just like I like it!
My fajitas were good except the pico smelled and tasted oldAlso they gave me sweet tea instead of BlackBerry.
It wasn't too crowed so that was a plus but they sat everyone in the same area, I didn't understand that. I ordered a bottled beer, it wasn't cold and my son ordered the brisket burger with no slaw but they just cudnt seem to get it right, brought him the wrong order first and the 2nd time they came with the right burger but we asked for no slaw. By the time they got it right, son had almost lost his appetite.
Food was good but the wait time was too long they had only two people working
Went to this Chili’s today. There were two other people sitting in the restaurant. Every other table was empty. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait before we could be seated. We were being told in a less than polite way that this Chili’s doesn’t serve white people if they can avoid it.
Even while understaffed, they still managed to get all 5 orders out on time✍?
Had to wait outside, the rain for about 45 minutes to be seated. Restaurant was empty but ONLY 2 servers. Our server was excellent. Great food, great company ?? ?
Marvin was a great waiter they were only using the seating area at the due to short staff
