Amazing food, staff, cleanliness, efficiency, etc. They had a line wrapped around the building. We still hot our food within 10 minutes and it was piping hot! Other stores need this quality of workers!
This location is busy like a lot CFLA locations in the area, but in my many experiences this location is always super helpful, courteous, and professional. I go here often since it’s close by, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve witnessed the morning staff handle adversity in a positive and understanding way. Those values are easy to lose when you’re super busy and under pressure especially when people are in a rush. IMO this location has a very strong team with good leadership who go out of their way to take care of their customers even when things are hectic.
Chick fil A is always a good place for me. My kids love it. The lines are always long, but I know that's a sign of goodness.
Who doesn’t love Chick Fil A? The staff is always friendly. The food is great compared to other fast food chains. The chicken sandwiches and nuggets are great but personally I love the breakfast variant with the biscuit. The online order feature is very handy for getting past the long lines and it is ready within minutes. The mac and cheese is a nice addition to the sides menu. The shakes are also a fun treat when I feel like indulging. Eat Mor Chikin!!
Normally Chick-fil-A is a 5 star for food and service but on this day they were average. We dined in thinking it would be faster than the drive thru. The fries were not hot and the buns on my spicy chicken sandwich were hard as a rock. We had waited for our food for quite sometime so I didn't bother saying anything because I didn't want to wait even longer. Perhaps they were just having an off day.
Chick-fil-A is always busy so there was no excuse for the poor service. The resturant seemed to be fully staffed causing multiple crew members to go home for the day, but the food still came out slower than usual. It took 35 minutes to get a online order after having to go in to get it because no one brought it out. My order was wrong twice (missing a kids meal and sweets). The attitudes were poor and it was my second time experiencing this from this particular location.
Just happened to be in the area and stopped to order chicken strips. COLD! Not fresh out the fries but COLD. ....and small! Not even a little warm. A definite contender for food poison. Lemonade taste like water! Not good. I give them a grade of chick-fil-F. Drive out to Brandon if you want fresh hot food.
Looks like a recent trend in the reviews, no difference today. 30+ mins in drive thru only to get to the window and be told we would have to park and then bring it to us. No apology or explanation. All that time and they still didn’t get the order right.
I waited over 40 minutes in line for my meal. No condiments offered, no straw included. Some yahoo employee was acting foolish at the window. Not enough remorse for inconvenience. Initial order taker did not seem to know what she was doing. Get rid of the multiple lines. The food was decent enough in value but cold and without mayo. Ain't never coming back here
One thing I've always enjoyed about the establishment was its hospitality and being swift. Tonight has been my second experience straight with slowness, workers being Drury and unattended and order not being fulfilled correctly. I had to tell the girls at the window every item that was not in my bag and as I did the girl standing outside was very nonchalant and standoffish. Instead of asking for my receipt to see what I had, better yet looking at the order screen to ensure all items where placed in the bags, I had to instruct on what was missing and had to rebudle to being told things where in my bad when they where not. I never pulled from the drive thru window nor was I asked to move down so ppl behind me had to wait until the children could figure out what they did and di not do. It was very frustrating but I guess better than me getting home only to realize I didn't have everything and had to go back. That's too much trouble for amount of money I spend on my family with each visit to jave to go through. My suggestion is that if you are thinking to order for more than two people in the drive through...DONT DO IT OR PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER THOROUGHLY before leaving.
