We talked with the manager and she was very friendly and served us graciously... The staff was also very friendly and courteous.

Employees act like the extra sauces and butter are theirs. It's pathetic that they expect you to use only two tartar sauce ,two cocktailsauces and one butter for two dinner plates.Yet, their customer service sucked overall but want $15/ hr# theirservice aren't even worth 8#Next!!
I stopped in because we don't have a Captain D'S in Gulfport MS. And I miss it . Always have good deals and great quality food.
