I purchased a $200 gift certificate on line from Capitol Grill which I thought was the high end Steak house "Capital Grille" headquartered in Orlando Florida. I have contacted the Capitol (Jackson) owner and others in their operation regarding my mistake. They will not return my money. Capitol Grill (Jackson) is running a scam where they misrepresent themselves online when purchasing a gift certificate. Honestly this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Horrible, horrible service!!! Definitely will never be back. The steak was definitely not worth $28. Super small for that price. My husbands Philly cheese steak was so dry he couldn’t even eat it. My son got a simple grilled cheese and fries and they served mine and my husbands food then 30 minutes later he gets his. If your not there to drink beer or mixed drinks don’t even worry about being a priority to anyone that works there.
My fiance and I called ourselves dining in but felt very out of place. After waiting 8-10 mins to be notified by an customer that we was to seat ourselves..... Once grabbing seats waiters pass numerous times within another 10 mins of us setting without greeting or bring any menus. Now we're getting upset but keeping cool politely asking for menus waiter finally came back mins later with one menu that was barely placed on the table, didn't asked if we wanted anything to drink or a I'll be right back to get drink order. We felt the vibe so we walked out without eating. We tried gave this spot a shot I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!
A nice bar and grill. Been here a few times. Hamburgers are real good, nice atmosphere, good service. Wings could be better.

The booth was nasty, carpet nasty, and you can tell that good hygiene is lacking here. I ordered a salad, and the man reached in it with his bare hands and plated it. I told them to take the salad off. I ordered 12 wings that took an hour. It seemed to cook only to ask them to wrap it and my children's food up. Not impressed at all. Such a disappointment.

Nice spot on Old Canton Rd near I55 N Frontage Rd, same block as Planet Fitness. First time visiting. It was cozy and much larger than it appears from the outside. It was clean and the food was good, esp the sweet potato fries. I had Catfish PoBoy, hubby had Catfish & Fries, Daughter had Chicken Tenders and Son had a Chicken Bacon Sandwich w/Sweet Potato fries, which he said was delicious! It was still "happy hour" when we went, but absolutely no one was roudy or loud, just having a nice evening. There was a pool table in one corner where a group of men were playing maturely. I saw a sign that said Dart Room but forgot to ask waitress if there really was a ? Room or was the title up for Decor. I would have tried it. This was on a Monday. I think their hours are 2p-2a M-Th and 11a- 2a Fr-Sun.I think we may try again another time as I try different places in my own backyard that I've never been to..
Went there tonight for 12 piece whole wing. It said 12 for $15 online but paid $26 because it wasn’t updated online. Wasn’t notified of price until arrival. I got half Caribbean jerk, half Asian chili. I make it home and most of the taste like they sat in the window forever. 4 of the wings were fresh whereas the others tasted mad crunchy and stiff. A few of the Asian Chilli wings were old and a few were new, I’ve worked in several restaurants and I feel like they were resell or swaps. It just wasn’t worth it.
