Went here today with my sister for lunch it was amazing food was delicious. We got a family meal for 2 that came with shrimp, crab and lobster and let me tell you the lobster was so great not over cooked like most places. I have to say they were not busy at all at 1130am and our server was great! I am so glad we chose to go here instead of somewhere else, well worth the money for sure.
I can tell that this restaurant has been taken over by new management because it’s so much better! The food now taste better and the staff is a bit friendlier. If these conditions stay the same this establishment should truly thrive! :)
I really loved this place the staff was awesome music was great. They guy the called "3" was a great host he made sure all of us were taken care of he was constantly checking on all the customers!!! I had fried shrimp and boiled shrimp w the trimmings it was awesome. I definitely recommend this place food entertainment and fun atmosphere.
Everything was awesome. The waitress was very nice! Despite the long hours we had to wait to get our food!! That’s a busy restaurant! But other than that everything went very smooth. I enjoyed the live music as well!
Staff is very childish and unprofessional. I placed an order over the phone and picked it up. Later I called to place another order over the phone. I called and the young girl answered and said I would like to place an order for pick up, she stated we only taking online orders. I told her I just placed an order over the phone and everyone started laughing and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and she said he busy and hung up. FYI to the owner, your business is going to suffer if you don’t get professional, mature staff to work and not immature teenagers.
The food was good. Staff was terrible. Our waiter was new to working, this was his first job. He got our order wrong. We were ok with it. The people at the table next to us was waiting on a drink they ordered, which sat at the counter for 5 minutes. A man came from the back, the guy asked about the drink? The employee started yelling at the customer. He then started yelling at the waiter. His actions towards customers and other employees was unexceptable.The parking lot was very trashy. Whiskey bottles right next to the front door. Trash throughout the parking lot.
I ordered my food through door dash one of the meals I ordered was missing. They assured my dasher my entire order was in the bags. However they gave my order to someone else. I had to drive to get my food myself. Upon my arrival about 7 teenagers are behind the register doing more talking and playing around than fixing orders. I asked for the manager and to be compensated for the mix up he told the waitress he was busy and told her to offer me a drink! When he came out I approached him and asked if he was the manager he said very rudely, “ I manager I bartender I do all!!! What you want?” I asked him who his boss was he told me go sit down and google the CEO! Never again will I spend money here. Not to mention I spent $140.00. Ratchet service in a ghetto atmosphere.
They were a little short staffed so my expectations were lowered. But our service was awesome and polite. I got the crab and shrimp boil and added sausage and it blew me away. The all mixed up sauce was everything... highly recommend. I got a hurricane from the bar and that didn't disappoint. Will definitely come back.
The food was good. Servers were slow. I should not have had to ask for the wet towel wipes. I love the food.
I went there last week with family and I had one of the worst experiences I could have had with a restaurant. The catfish was battered in flour instead of corn meal, just not what I’m used to. The food was overpriced for the amount that was given. The waitress was unprofessional and the customer service was horrible! We didn’t get any refills nor were we asked. I asked for a military discount and only got it applied to the meal that was eaten by me and not the entire bill. When I tried to explain the issues that I had, the waitress told me that she’ll get the manager and explained that she had other tables and she was trying to get to them. He wasn’t any better. One thing for sure, this is a lesson learned, and I will never ever return to this establishment.
