Was heading back home and was hungry so stopped in...1st time in a backyard burger...ordered and went into the restroom...no soap or anything to dry hands with...the burger itself was good and the price was reasonable
I pulled in the drive-thru. I waited about 5 mins b4 I went inside to see if they were open. Noone greeted me ,said hold on, or anything. My baby was in the back yelling hello. Manager, Deasia answered the speaker finally ordered my food. I told her I had a coupon for a free kids meal she wasn't listening and charged me for everything. When I noticed what she had did. I politely asked her to put my money back on my card because she had a attitude She responded no you the one with the attitude. By this time yes I do have a attitude. I'm pregnant and hungry all I wanted was food not the attitude she proceeded saying it was just her and 1 other person. She never once apologized for me waiting and acted as if I was the one who made her work with one person but I'm sensitive to the subject because I too have worked before in the same industry and there have been times when I was the only one there with no help and I didn't treat people like it was their fault. I simply let them know I was alone and there may be longer wait than expected. I really didn't appreciate this girls attitude made me drive all the way to Madison for something I had been craving because if her attitude. There was 1 car in the dt when I arrived. I will not be treated any kind of way Idc what the problem is.
Food was tasty but dry. Gave me indigestion too. I did like the food, so I would return, but maybe not through the drive thru.
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a backyard burgers no one's at the counter to take your order ice machine is beeping cuz it's out of ice and then they give you a cup I was wondering how long it takes to kill a chicken cuz I've been waiting 30 minutes with some chicken tenders
I’m not sure what the name of the sandwich that I had there. It was a grilled chicken sandwich with pineapple on it. OMG! DELICIOUS! They make your order when you place it so it is fresh off the grill. That makes you have a little wait time. Let me tell you after eating that sandwich the wait was well worth it.
I wouldn't waste my time going to this location when I arrived I waited in the Drive-Thru for a few minutes and nobody would answer the speaker so I walked up to the door and the guy sitting outside on his phone asked me if I was coming to backyard Burger at which time he walked in behind me and started to gather utensils acting like he was getting ready to cook however there were already four people waiting in line with no one at the counter. No point in going here and wasting your time if you're not even going to get served you might as well shut this location down.
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no pickle. Sat at the window for 15 minutes for my burger, which came out cold, had zero bacon and extra pickles.
Do not go on your lunch break. The inside was soooooooo slow, certain items where not available from the menu. I decided to fo to the drive thru only to notice a sign on the speaker saying order at the window and a list on items out of on the board. I never made it to the window. I literally sat in the drive thru alone 30 min after standing inside 26 minutes with maybe 6 people in front of me. I don't understand how the company deems this as acceptable.
The customer services were great but the burger did not meet my expectations. It was dry, I asked them to leave off the onions they put them on. The fries were hot but the burger was a no no. I won't be eating there no time soon.
If you want some good ole deep fried tires on bun this is your place to stop. The burgers were blacker than me and extra small for the price. Cashier was decent, from what I experienced. It is located in a perfect spot if you’re in the hospital, you won’t lose parking because it’s close enough to walk. Had I known it tasted like that I would’ve risked it all to find a better place to eat. Never again
