Super rude staff. Nobody greeted us. While we were looking at the menu somebody from the back yelled “we only takin cash!”
People that do drive thru needs to learn customer service, they sound like they hate their job. Foods good but workers with bad attitude
Usually a good experience at this location but today my order was wrong as well as the food not being fresh. The way my stomach feels I doubt I go back.
I ordered the barbecue brisket sandwich meal with a strawberry lemonade and white cheddar Mac n cheese. It was hot and fresh and the Mac n cheese was the best. Customer service was good at this location (High Street Jackson, MS)
Everytime I attempt to order via drive thru, I never get any type of response. Went there today and waited, finally went to the drive thru window to see if they were open an employee looks at me and then puts here head down, smh

Can't get order right lately just poor service.
I enjoy the Mediterranean creamy wrap from here but the past two visits I ask for extra creamy sauce because they give very little and my wraps come out just as dry as if I said yes charge me extra but keep the sauce off?
Took 15 minutes to get our order and despite multiple checks, while waiting, we still got the wrong food. If you're traveling, skip this one.
Should really update the website. It states they close at 11pm and it says it was updated 5 weeks ago. Yet I pull up at 9:40 and as I sat at the drive thru speaker. The lights where turned off. The least they could have done was said sorry where closed
