I always get the 6 finger plate, they get you in, and out the drive through in a fast manner.
Food is always good. Prices are a bit high for fast food but would totally be worth it if this place were run more efficiently.Everytime I'm in the area and hungry, I try to decide if it's worth the wait. More often than not, the line is halfway around the building and moves at a snail's pace. 20 minutes (minimum) in the drive through everytime I stop here. Food is good but driving to Chick-fil-a is always faster. Wish I could say Popeyes was better but they have the same problem.Zaxby's management, if you're reading this, I'm sure I'm not the only customer that would eat here once a week if you could improve the service a bit. Instead, I probably eat here 3 or 4 times a year. Just not worth the wait most of the time.
Runs smooth enough. Foods good if you are un the market for tenders, fries and texas toast.
Guest wifi shows up but I asked 2 employees and they said they don't know the password and it's locked, how can there be guest wifi advertised but guests can't use it, manager pretty much ignored me when I asked. I live in an area with no internet and I chose here because it said there was wifi only to spend $45 and can't use wifi, totally unacceptable.
Excellent choice! Tried to eat at Popeyes, but their Lobby's were locked or only open for Grub/Dash dinners.Zaxby's was excellent, and we were able to sit and dine!
Loved it. It was close to closing but the cashier was very nice, greeted my family of 6 and was very patient when taking our order.
I absolutely love Zaxby's. If you like chicken fingers and wings... This is the perfect fast food option for you. All of the sauces are worth a try. You can actually ask to get your fingers tossed in sauce, too! The Cajun Chicken Club is also a great option if you would prefer grilled chicken.
Very slow and don’t acknowledge you patience. There is no reason for such slow and rude service. Food was cold called back to inform was placed on hold and heard unprofessional jokes
Placed my order online. Get there to get it and lobby is closed, drive thru online. 20 freaking minutes in line, my food was cold and nasty, $34 of wasted food. Restaurants are allowed to be open now, no reason I should have had to wait that long for food that was paid for, done and sitting there getting soggy and cold. Zaxby's needs to figure out a better system.Update. 2/20/22Still suck. Finally opened lobby. Did order for pickup. Go inside to be ignored along with 4 other customers, waiting to correct their wrong or missing order. After almost 10 minutes I get my food, start to leave, then realize, they forgot my drink. The waiting and being ignored starts again. I own a business, if this was my place, EVERY single person there would be fired , including the management. This place needs a complete reboot or a new owner. Maybe the problem stems from there.
First and last time eating here. My food was cold and the workers were not friendly and it took me forever to get my foof.
