Ordered online and got the hot lemon pepper wings. Omg these wings was way to salty to consume. A waste of $30.00. These wings are going to seriously hurt someone.
Ordered $30 worth of food only to get $15 worth of food and none of it was correct . Upon returning to get the correct order , the manager was absolutely nasty and rude will not be returning !
Wing stop hands down has some of the best wings money can buy, but wing stop in Hattiesburg MS has the absolute worst customer service!!! Employees have zero urgency and very unpleasant people. The few times my family and I have been it is always 40-45 min wait. Call it in at lunch so you’ll have it by supper. This place needs some management. Hope the right people see this!!
I always order online and they get my order right, but today for some reason they decided to do what they wanted I ordered all drums and instead I got 1/2 & 1/2. The lemon pepper ones were a little too salty and the Hawaiian ones had no taste. The fries looked like the end pieces and scraps when you get to the end of a frozen bag of fries.
The food is great. I always get the atomic wings. The fries are all wibbly wobbly, but that doesn't really bother me. I didn't really like the fries much at first, but they've since grown on me.What holds the store back for me is the customer service. The quality of the customer service is very inconsistent. It ranges from perfectly decent and acceptable to worse than garbage. Some days, they'll answer the phone, take your order, and that will be the end of it. Other days, they won't pick up the phone. I called and got put on hold without any kind of greeting from an employee. After waiting 5 minutes, I hung up and called again. Same thing. After that, I just decided to eat some pizza one of my customers canceled on.TL;DR: Great food. Kind of hard to get any if no one will talk to you.
The staff was nice but the food was not good at all I ordered bbq wings and the person with me got lemon pepper and mine tasted like lemon pepper like they put the season own both of our stuff . And a older man was staring at me I think he was homeless own or own drugs I got closer to the person I was with and he said something about the world is not scary and he wanted everyone to see what he did I guess ? He didn’t make sense , the workers acted like he had been in there harassing people before they made him leave but it was very scary
I made an on line order and drove to pick it up. Found out half way home that I was given the wrong order. I went back and didn't get any kind of apology. It was the first and last time I will eat there.
I got lemon pepper wings on Monday, January 10, 2022. I ordered the six piece, flats with fries and celery sticks. The soda came with it. I spent $15.39 for salty, wings with not enough lemon pepper seasoning and they were only 3 inches long. WHAT A SHAME!!!! THE FRIES WERE SOGGY AND COLD, NEVER AGAIN. THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN FOR GOOD!!!!
Absolutely pitiful…….They need to teach their cashiers how to actually pronounce words …….It’s supposed to be a restaurant, not an auction
I was always a Buffalo Wild Wings person BUT when I came to Wingstop the first time I was really impressed by the size of their wings because it felt like my husband and I were getting value for our money and it hasn't changed. These are down right the BEST wings in Hatts! Juicy, not dried out and the fact that they get really good sized wings for the price is the cherry on top. BWW is in our rear view mirror now that we have discovered Wingstop.
