Restaurant is gross. There is trash all over the floor of the kitchen. Mold on the ice machine and employees acting unprofessional. Floors also sticky.
Every time I’ve eaten here in the last year I’ve had a bad experience but this was my last visit. I paid $11.00 for a piece of tree bark on a bun and a coke. Meat looked like something that got stuck behind the stove for a few hours. My dog wouldn’t eat it, and there’s no manager or corporate entity that cares. I’d eat somewhere else
Burger was over cooked. Tasted somewhat dry. Not a very good burger.
I have frequented this restaurant since it first opened and unfortunately I have watched the service decline tremendously. The workers seldom have any semblance of a welcoming attitude. Rarely is there any "welcome" or "thank you, come again". In my most recent encounter, when I pulled up to the window, two young ladies were there with their backs to the window. One lady turns around, opens the window and with no smile tells me the amount takes my card and turns back around. I feel as though I am an inconvenience to her rather than a customer.
I use to enjoy this place, now not so much. The employees are bad which tells me the management is worse. The food on my last visit was about as bad as it gets (recooked foods) always a great way to spend money. I will not be doing business again as the business is in grave trouble.
It's a great breakfast place. But if your in a hurry then get a biscuit. If you're not in a hurry I'd recommend the pancakes, because you will not leave hungry if you do. There are no trash cans here so you have to take your trash home but the food was great, when I went the service was pretty well too
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. The sausage biscuits were ok. The order was wrong though.
Oak grove location is awful. I’ve given them chance after chance, but every time I go, something is wrong with my order. I always do no jalapeños and no ice in my drink, but somehow both seem to end up in my items. One time I got something I didn’t even order. It just seems to be this location too.
I used to love this place. I got my favorite chicken sandwich recently, however, and it was half the size it used to be, for the same price. The urge patties are much smaller, as well
Our favorite fast food place in town...but the staff in oak grove is ? the manager must be the worst customer service personnel on staff. Good thing the menu is so good.
