We had breakfast and honestly it wasn't great. It wasn't horrible, but I don't think I would do breakfast again. What does it say when your wife comments that the best part of her meal was the toast. Maybe I'll come back for a burger. I mean, the place stays busy. There's got to be a reason for that. We just missed it on our first visit
I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuits. This breakfast took me back to when my grandmother use to make biscuits. I was traveling and stopped here. The young lady name Sunshine had the most friendly and welcoming smile. The name fits her. Keep up the good work. Will stop here when I'm traveling again.
Very good, high quality fast food. The burgers are really good. The chicken sandwich is very good. The sides were hot and fresh. Their breakfast looks delicious but I haven't tried it. Overall great place to eat.
Usually my food is the best here. Topher’s is definitely my favorite local fast food joint. But this time my salad was soggy and my chicken was cold. :(
TOP NOTCH! For many tangible reasons. This was my first time at "Topher's." It was actually the first time I've ever SEEN a Topher's. My experience here wasn't just exceptional "for a fast food restaurant." It was exceptional PERIOD.1) Love the decor. I'm still a fan of the rustic wood.2) Customer service. These employees were very lively and helpful. You can tell they like working there. I asked, "What's the best thing here?" The young lady immediately said, "The Mississippi Melt." I'm very impressed by this, because I usually get something like "Uh, I dunno..."3) Quality food. It was delicious! I was shocked by how good the sweet potato waffle fries came out!4) Spared No Expense! Each table had TWO big bottles of ketchup, and a McCormick pepper grinder and salt grinder. That stuff isn't cheap!5) Clean bathroom facilities.6) Employee Pride. I mentioned it was my first time eating there and I enjoyed it. Am employee said, "WHAT!? Its your first time at a Topher's?!" This illustrates that the employees know they work for a good company.
On our 8 day visit to Hattiesburg, this is the ONLY place went more than once. Part of that being we only went here to get breakfast. The first time I went in to order and take home; then the other 2-3 times we did the drive thru. They serve breakfast until 2 PM. The bacon-egg-cheese biscuits are great. The staff was also very friendly.
I don’t know what the issue is with employees here but they are never nice and lately my order is always wrong. Today I got the pepper jack burger and they didn’t even put the onion rings on it. They drown the burgers in sauce to the point the bread is wet and it’s dripping in your hands. I understand people only work as hard as they are getting paid. These workers definitely aren’t paid enough, but there’s really no reason to be as rude as the woman in the drive thru window today. I guess I’ll have to find a better place to go.
Service was amazing. The people working here have no idea how great they are, working for a place that charges 8 dollars for a 3 inch sandwich. Absolutely not worth the money. You might as well save the money, and go to Walmart right up the road.Portions are that of a fine French restaurant, without the champagne. Le teriblé
Much better than I expected. The place looks like a regular burger joint but don’t let that fool you. We had breakfast and it was made to order. The grits are HEAVENLY!! The biscuits are divine! One of the best places in Hattiesburg.
My burger was just crumbly and feel to pieces while eating it. Flavor was just okay. Really not a $10 burger at all.
