First of all a lot of you probably had big orders with a lot of modifications on each item. You guys act like yall be the only customers but there is people before and after you so, I think you should be more considerate with your orders and think about the people that are making your food. - taco bell
The workers were nice and helpful. The food was prepared quickly with special requests; additions on some things and deletions on others.
Speaking as a guy from Petal who is highly displeased with my local restaurant:When the owner of this location finds out his employees are serving food that looks just like the picture if not better, they will all be fired.Maybe my experience was an outlier, but each item in my order was constructed with fair portions.Great job everybody! I'll be back soon.
Workers said they were closed at 10 PM even though hours show open until 2 AM. I ordered a mobile order after they said they were closed through drive thru and suddenly they were open to take my mobile order.
Restaurant was clean and staff was nice but order was not accurate. Very frustrating only 3 items and 2 were incorrect.
The workers seemed to be very tired and uninterested in their jobs.The food was okay, it was thrown together and not wrapped properly.My sister's order was incorrect.
Do not complain here if your order is messed up. I had my food practically thrown at me inside at the counter. Some of my order was refunded in cash back to me, and the female manager threw the bills and change across the counter at me. I was so embarrassed at this whole ordeal. Plus the manager was loud and refused to lower her voice when speaking to me. I do not recommend the Taco Bell that is located across from Wesley hospital at all. Customers be aware before you go to this facility, I was actually afraid being in this store Wednesday night, I was so glad that my husband was outside in our vehicle waiting on me.
I ordered a pick up order for my coworkers and myself. My coworkers orders were correct but my order was completely wrong. But then my Coworker kept eating then surprisingly found something in her Quesarito. This whole order was completely a mess & extremely unacceptable, the only way I can get my refund is through the Taco Bell website, when I called and asked for this refund one of the many managers they have, stated “she has no idea how to give a full refund through the website & she was not trained on how to give a refund!” So I will now have to figure out how to get this full refund and my coworker is now sick from whatever she found in her meal. So thank you Taco Bell on 4098 Hardy street for a horrible experience and super untrained Managers!

Good food. The service took a little while but it's understandable. They were doing there best.
