We ate at an outside table since we had our dog with us. They weren't really set up for it at that time (tables and chairs linked together) they were so generous and customer focused to go out of their way to get us a table and two chairs. Our server, Stephen, was very attentive and could answer any questions we had about menu items. The shrimp fettuccini alfredo and eggplant parmesan were both excellent!
The food here is pretty great. I would recommend the grilled salmon for a lighter option and the shrimp tabella if you're craving pasta. The shrimp tabella is a specialty item, so you may have to check for availability. The pesto chicken was dry, so I would avoid that unless your heart is set on it. The servers are always kind, and the service is really quick. The prices are also reasonable considering the amount of food you get. Every time I have come here, it has been a wonderful experience, so I recommend giving it a try.
While on vacation, my husband and I spent the night in Hattiesburg (after a day at the Crawfest Festival in Laurel). We were tired, a little sunburnt, and hungry by dinnertime and didn't want to drive too far from our hotel, so we decided on Tabella. What a great choice!!! We were seated quickly and a very pleasant, competent and professional server named Cory was at our table in minutes to get our drink order and share with us that night's specials. Everything on the menu sounded delicious. While munching on some of the best bread I have ever had, my husband decided on the crawfish and shrimp pasta and I opted for the shrimp pasta in a garlic butter sauce and a Caesar salad. I dont even know how to described what an all-around amazing meal this was! The food was beyond delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. If I lived in Hattiesburg, I would eat at Tabella at least once a week!!

Has an amazing amount of gluten free options, and even has a space dedicated in the kitchen to prepare GF food to help prevent cross contamination. Had the best blonase ever, nice large portion sizes. Great service!
Great restaurant, it has a nice mix of Italian and American style for decorating and enjoyable ambient music. The food has the closest to European taste combined with their good variety of wines. A nice choice for a night out with family or friends.
We were passing through Hattiesburg and the hotel clerk recommended Tabella - we're very glad that he did! We were traveling with our dog, so just ordered take-out at the bar. Excellent grilled chicken Alfredo was ample for the two of us and the glass of wine we had at the bar waiting for it was a very generous pour by a very friendly bartender. Very good choice!

Service - very goodDecor - very good, cloth napkins nice touch, love the wine wall.Food - chicken parmesan - noodles dry, little seasoning on chicken, sauce a bit too spicy (hot) for my taste. Lasagna - good interior, edges a bit overcooked. Otherwise taste was good.Chef recommendation - check portion sizes. Some too large such as chicken Parm. Cut those portion sizes and add a small dinner salad to all entrees; not pizza of course. It's hard to quantify a dinner entree at $16 without a salad. Suggest better attire by waitstaff. Lower lighting in evening. Check staff noise level. Add a center table decoration - ex. Wine bottle with melted candle
