So glad we’re moving so I never have to come back. We’ve lived here for 6 months and probably 50% of the time it’s a good experience.This morning, I ordered through the app like I always do. Cold brew with sweet cream cold foam on top. So it should be BLACK cold brew with two pumps of vanilla, and the cold foam on top, right?The girls hands me a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. I looked at her and nicely said, “it’s supposed to be just the cold foam on top.”She turned around, poured some off the top and put cold foam on it. Ignoring the fact that the WHOLE DRINK was wrong. I didn’t have time to argue since I had told her once it was wrong already and she took literally the laziest way out possible. So I’m here drinking a milky, sugary concoction instead of tasting my coffee.Other things that have happened at this location:-getting cold brew concentrate instead of cold brew.-ordering a trenta TWICE and they gave me a venti because they were out of cups. I asked if they could just split it between two cups, since I paid for 30oz of coffee I don’t want less than I paid for. Was told no both times, so paid for product I didn’t receive.-I won’t sit here and name them all but I go 3-4x a week and my coffee isn’t right about half the time. Normally minor so I just take it and say thank you but I’m over it. Train your employees whoever is over this location.
Went through the drive-thru earlier today and they were out of whipped cream, so I feel like I was shorted. I like having my whipped cream! Also my coffee had chunks of ice in it. I had to get back to work, and the parking lot is always full, so I didn't go back. I typically don't have any issues at this Starbucks, so this was a little surprising. :/
Love Starbucks and revisiting my first local store is always bittersweet. Love Starbucks! Always friendly, trendy, and clean. Very dependable coffee stop.
Ordered ahead through the app, and it took about 20 minutes to get my drink and egg bites. It was a tad busy in the drive thru, so it's understandable. My drink was made correctly even with the customization. The egg bites were as expected, nicely warmed. The inside was clean and open. Tons of seating both inside and outside. The bathroom could've been cleaner, but not the most disgusting thing ever.
The barista Will was very helpful. Even though they were out of different things he made sure to give me different options. I really appreciated that since I drove 45 minutes to get to this location. When children want something they are very adamant. While we waited I decided to write this review. And he was so apologetic I had to wait. He was amazing!!! Thanks guys! I am glad he was able to substitute the options.
These guys convinced us to wait for them to brew coffee since they had none. So we waited. Apparently no one knew how to brew it. No one told us they were having trouble. 15 minutes later we finally asked for money back and went to a different shop.
Emily at the drive-thru has a disgusting attitude! Instead of speaking she rudely told me next time to stop at the speaker which I did, the she said well next time pull up far enough so we will know you are there. As I’m waiting on my order she starts making faces and rolling her eyes at the person order at the speaker. She not give me napkins or say have a nice day she thought it was a better idea to slam the window. Sure not the ugly face or attitude I desired to start my day!
Always; and I do mean always, out of several items! Once your in the extremely slow moving drive thru, your stuck! Best to call ahead to see if they have what you want available. It’s a 50/50! Whom ever is ordering inventory is creating constant losses! Will not return. Moe’s coffee down the road is fast, just as good, and always stays stocked…
