Made an online order and set the time for asap. Took me 30 minutes to get TWO drinks and a small cheese sticks. It’s stupid how long it’s taking. And this isn’t the first time it’s happened. The sonic on old hwy 11 is faster than this and they’re a lot busier.
Very slow and had to reorder my drink that I already paid for the ordering kiosks had issues with the people not being able to hear you and they literally had one person delivering the orders just seem.very short staffed and equipment was old
Made a mobile order -- 2 corndogs and 3 drinks -- and it took 55 minutes for us to get it.We pressed the button and asked about it multiple times. At the 45 minute mark, the lady asked me to spell my name (I assume because they lost my order). All they had to say was "sorry for the wait."55 minutes for 2 corndogs and 3 drinks.
I’ve been waiting an hour for two drinks. I already went to the link that is posted for everyone to go to write a complaint. I asked for them to cancel the order 20 minutes ago and they still haven’t done that either. Everyone around me has gotten their food. Obviously nothing is being done with everyone saying they are slow. I understand being short staffed but if it takes an hour to make two drinks than just shut down.
On multiple occasions, they've refused to take our order a couple hours before closing, even though they said their time opening was correct. They waited until several people including me were trying to order, and refused to tell anyone they were closed until I called them about it.
Honestly i'm not this type of person because I work in the service industry. But this is the worst sonic i've ever ordered from. Placed an online order for pickup at 5 p.m., waited almost an hour for my food because they "forgot". Horrible attitudes when I nicely asked where my food was. Horrible.
This place overcharges, as it does not bill the price listed on the menu.EITHER CHANGE YOUR PRICES OR YOUR MENU AND QUIT FLEECING PEOPLE WITH MIND GAMES.
I did an order with the Sonic app. Arrived at the location approximately 10:15. I received my food at 11:03. This is ridiculous! I was not notified about how long the wait for my food. I had to stand at the door and knock for 2-3 minutes to get their attention after waiting nearly an hour. My food was extremely cold and I didn’t not receive exactly what I ordered. 10/10 would not recommend.
The carhop was nice but she read my order off to me and then yulp as she gave me my order I was missing my order of tots! Jus shows they don't really double check for accuracy. So but then the tots & mox sticks were barely cooked. The cheese wouldn't even string as fresh hot moz sticks should yanno. The chili chz dog was bland without the onion I had requested. Smh and so we stopped for him a slush, moz sticks, chili dog, tots, & a coke =$19! For that price is all should've been more of someone caring what they were serving if you ask me. Now if it was all around $10 maybe it wouldn't of hurt my feeling. What happen to gettin what you pay for? Idk this generation of servers are those that all got a trophy for jus signing up! In my day you had to excel to actually get a trophy.
Its okay.. I dont have an opinion one way or the other. Its very average. It gets the job done when I want some sauced chicken bites or cheddar peppers. They don't put cherries in the cherry limeade though, and I always have to ask them for my ranch even if I ask for it when ordering.
