I just left from there with an order of small mozzarella sticks and small fried pickled fries....I paid $2.13 for a whole 7 pickle fries when in Poplarville yesterday I received a full small order of pickle fries. Y'all need to do better, that's sorry! This is the second time this has happened...three strikes and I will not be back! I counted 23 pickled fries yesterday from Poplarville Sonic, opposed to "7".
Ordered at 11am today. No way this food wasn't cooked last night and reheated this morning, unless it was cooked at 7am. Bread stale. French Fries stale. Veggies on the burger as hot at the meat. Two Number 1 combos and both terrible. No way the manager doesn't know this food is garbage. I've been eating at Sonics for 35 years and WE ARE DONE. Pick anywhere else for a better outcome!
I ordered a number 4 bacon cheeseburger toaster. Everyone knows it comes with an onion ring on it. I’m mad. I bought the sandwich and when I bit into it there was no onion ring but instead replaced with plain onions. I’m beyond disappointed with my experience.
Good food and got it quick but they didn't have ketchup or ranch dressing for the fries and chicken tenders.
Food was cold, order incorrect, seemed to be scraps or leftovers. Terrible experience and I will not be visiting again.
