Food is good when they have it... just don't show up within an hour of closing time or they're likely out of chicken tenders and fillets to make sandwiches out of. Service is usually a bit slow here but at least the food is usually good. Went at 9:30 tonight (90 minutes before closing time) and was told no sandwiches and no tenders. Why are you still open if half the main courses on the menu aren't available?Left and went to Zaxbys - slower than Popeyes but at least they're still selling chicken.Popeye's management, if you're listening, you should be able to sell a lot more chicken to hungry folks like me but service being slow and employees not cooking for 2 hours before closing time is disappointing to customers.
How does the place even deserve 3 stars. They absolutely hate their jobs.. no consideration for customers or even an attempt to have someone leave satisfied. Not once have they gotten my order right or even close. Fast food has gone down hill over the past few years but this just shows the level of degradation. Ordered 6 piece spicy tenders (2 can dine meal), fries and red beans/rice and this is what I receive.
Like on previous customer statedFilthy. The bath room was so disgusting I wanted to wash my hands and walked out.The floor had tissue paper everywhere no soap in the dispenser and toilet roll was on the floor.Now as far as the restaurant there was trash on the soda fountain no tops for the soda cups tables were not cleaned.All the hand sanitizers where also empty.The health department needs to pay that place a visit.No I did not stay to eat nor ordered anything from them .Can't imagine what the kitchen could have been .Truly disappointing especially since I am from LOUISIANA.
Went there at least three times, all different occasions. And it was always either a lady that was rude and stuck up for no reason. And also if the lobby is “closed” then make the initiative to close the door at least so we know. To sum it up, terrible customer service and whenever we ask for something they almost never have it.
I was forced to wait 24 minutes for chicken legs because they were out, and I heard people who came in after me being told there would be a 15 minute wait, because apparently they only dropped enough chicken for my order and one other. Badly run.
Very unprofessional, rude manager. He hung up on me after I called to try to straighten out a door dash order (which Popeyes accepted at the time of order).
All I can say is every time I ever decide to give them another chance, they prove to me again that I shouldn’t have. This location in particular has the rudest staff of any fast food place I’ve ever been to and it has consistently been that way since I moved to Hattiesburg in 2009.
Arrived home and our meal looked like this . Paid $25 for 2pc dark, reg side & 5pc tenders, reg side. 2pc was white meat & tenders the size for a kids a meal . No spicy anything, no shrimp, no honey, nothing at all. This Popeyes is horrible . Please bring back the old manager.
What’s the point of ordering on line if you have to wait in the drive thru line to pick it up? They say they have curbside but won’t bring it out to you. Instead make you get in the long drive thru line to get your food that you’ve already ordered and paid for. My the time I get my food it will be old and cold. No excuse for this.
My order is consistently incorrect and the people who work there are consistently rude for no reason. I wish that my orders were correct and the customer service was better because my family loves Popeyes and we can never have a good meal when we order from this one because we are always upset because of how we’ve been treated and our missing/incorrect items in our order
