You order on the app, you still have to get a long wait for the food..the lobby. Is not open yet, while other local restaurants are open fully taking inside orders ..
This Popeyes don’t never have the food you want to order or nothing . And drive thru workers are just disrespectful. Never coming back.
I swear most of these good reviews have got to be fake. Every time I've ever went I've had to wait around half an hour in line. Currently sitting in the line now. Almost 20 minutes. There's still 20 cars in front of me and the line hasn't moved in 10 minutes. I don't even understand how that's possible. I can see inside and im looking straight at a woman taking her time, talking to a coworker next to her, and she's laughing. I'm glad it is a relaxed work environment. Seems nice. But please at least care if I'm gonna end up stuck here all night. Or you know, the other 20 people. The only reason everyone is still in the line and are willing to wait is mostly everyone has ordered online and trying to pick up what they've already paid for
The service at the location on Hwy 49 sucks! Come through the drive-thru and no one taking orders. Drive around and the drive-thru person sitting down on the phone. The manager with the blonde wig is super ghetto.
You gotta love this place. Staff is great, food is amazing.
Worst experiencia ever, service was terrible for Mobile order. Had to make a 45 minute wait in the drive-thru line just to pick up an order that was ready 1 hour ago. Dont even think it deserves a star.
I ordered a 5 pc tender meal and I was charged $9.89. I told the girl at the window I was missing a sprite to drink. She argues I never ordered a drink when my transaction and receipt clearly says meal and Sprite to drink. Then I asked for sauce they wait until I get the food to tell me there is no sauce. Do better
Service was terrible. Staff was completely unbothered by service. Upon walking in, a customer was yelled at by staff for complaining that he was overcharged. My food took 30 minutes to receive.

Service was excellent and executed with a smile, the chicken at this location was above average, with popeye's average being very good! This was as close to perfect as we could get.... the chicken was perfectly cooked and remained warm, soft, and juicy for every bite. the Breading had an extra airy sense if lightness to every crispy bite and the biscuit had a wonderfully crisp base and top that was a pure delight! great job team.... the only "complaint" if I could eben call it that, is why does her 3 pc strips only...come with a biscuit (that i luckily got to share) and my 8 pc nuggets doesnt???? HMMMMMthe only thing that could have made this experience better (other than another biscuit) would have been being able to eat in the restaurant rather than my car....KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!
