We are not always happy with our pizzas but they give good service. Friendly people answering the phone and waiting on the window. Food is good but a few times our pizza was soggy...they were really busy so maybe they rushed getting it done. We still go often and enjoy our food.
This pizza hut is just horrible! We just ordered another pizza here (I tried to give them another shot) and it was hard as a rock! My family and I hate overcooked pizza! Every time we order at this location, we instantly regret it! I just really wish I could’ve ordered our dinner at the Hardy Street location! Will not be back!
I had a pizza delivered and that was the worst pizza ever there was very little toppings and very little sauce on it I paid alot for that pizza I had mushrooms pepperoni and onion pizza and paid extra for mushrooms and onions and there very few of everything on it pizza hut pizza use to be good but I guess no more I order one from dominos the same way and you could see everything I order on it because they give you what you pay for the worst pizza ever
My order was for 1 pepperoni lovers and 1 custom. The custom pizza arrived correctly. I received a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni lovers. I appreciate that he order was remade and replaced. However, it was an inconvenience.
The food is good, but too many times I've called and immediately been put on hold until I finally just give up and end the call. Online ordering is hit or miss because it'll randomly route your order to the wrong location. Definitely not the Pizza Hut we all grew up with sadly, but I guess it's good if you're trying to lose weight and eat less!
I ordered for delivery and it was supposed to be 50 to 60 minutes for delivery. I received my pizza within 30 minutes from time of order. Very fast, fresh and tasty.
The pizza was ready on time and able to just drive by and pick up at the window. Love your app.
Overall the food was great. The italian seasoning on the cheese bread was literally clumped in one area. Couldnt finish eating them because of it.
