Great place to have lunch ? salad bar,fresh pizza, and great service. Plus I got a lunch card.
We decided to eat in and ordered a medium pan pizza, etc. When the pizza arrived at our table it was not a pan pizza and it was lukewarm. We never saw our waitress again. I went to the front to pay and waited 10 minutes. A girl came out and gave a man his take out order and didn’t even acknowledge that I was alive, much less waiting to pay. Then my husband went up to pay because I was just too angry by this time and he stood there over 10 minutes. I called the store number 3 times to see if I could get someone to come let me pay and the staff in the back wouldn’t even answer the phone. We gave up and left.
Called in advance to cancel a order they later still delivered and then later blocked my drive way and persistently beaten at my door til I gave her the food back all while not listening that me and my family are covid positive not only did she potentially endanger her life by being aggressive but now her health and others at her job from trying to take back food that was explained was canceled but she still gave then proceeded to want back later. People nothing is worth beating and blocking someone's driveway and almost getting hurt physically from not simply leaving or atleast hearing your putting your self at risk for covid and others because of your job that clearly has rules to avoid covid
Friends and me called ahead to ensure that dine-in was open. It took literally almost 2 hours for everyone in my group to get their food. The only reason I’m rating two stars is because the food itself was at least good. The staff was clearly just putting all the effort into online orders and couldn’t care less about us. Also we were never offered refills on our drinks and one of us only ever received half a glass of sweet tea with the promise that they were making more. I understand if you’re short staff, but the experience overall was just extremely disappointing and very much missed the mark.
I ordered pizza delivery from the hardy street location in hattiesburg ms. I received notification that my food was on the way only to get it nearly 30 minutes later. When I did get it, the pizza, wings, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks were all cold and mushy. I had to reheat my food in the oven. I've never had to deal with this type of service before as I'm a loyal customer but after today I'm rethinking this.
Just remember why I don't order from this Pizza Hut anymore because last time I ordered from it couldn't remember why I stopped but now I remember cause I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with bacon on it earlier today and the pizza wasn't cooked and there was no pizza sauce on it at all...So I will not be getting anything else from here ever again
my order was 50 minutes late after being quoted arrival time of 25-35 minutes, when i called i was on hold for 9 minutes and 32 seconds. i hung up called right back and and was told my pizza left 7 minutes prior to my call. my order arrived and was barely hot.
Thin and crispy crust was thin and soggy. Not fully cooked. This is the 2nd time this has happened. We will not return.
The team at the hardy st location were exceptional and went above and beyond helping everyone picking up their orders for Chritmas Eve/Day. Thank you so very much! They need raises and a fat bonus this year!
The pizza was great as usual and the young lady at the drive through was as nice as she could be.
