Haley went above and beyond as our cashier! She recommended the mango lemonade and it was a hit. She was informative about the menu and was friendly greeting and thanking us when we arrived and left.
My husband and I went to Panera for a late lunch yesterday. We have been to this location many times, so we are quite familiar with the flatbread pizzas, and normally enjoy them very much. Yesterday, both of our pizzas were awful. They were both cold and undercooked. The sauce was pooled on the crust and tasted like canned tomato soup. The pizzas were just wet and gross. My husband spoke to an employee about it, and was rudely told that the sauce was measured and the pizza cooks on a timer. Ok, whoopie. It was still yuck and no apologies were made. He said "that's just how it is". Well, with that attitude, who needs it? We won't be back.
There's bacon in my spinach soufle. I called and the lady said its impossible, I have the sooufle because obviously i didnt eat the rest. What more proof does someone need. Either way no refund unless i drive back and bring them the bacon soufle. If youre a vegeterian youre not safe eating here, because theres clearly cross contamination, and then more importantly there's no accountability which is the worst part.
My daughter and I went this morning. I ordered a latte and cinnamon roll and she a bagel and coke from a girl wearing a black hoodie pulled over her head. They no longer bring the orders to the table so I stood around waiting for our order. They handed me my daughters order but didn’t bring mine. When I asked what looked like a manager she reminded hood girl. She walked over to get it but then wandered back to the register and started talking to customers. The other lady had gone to the back. I waited several more minutes for the manager to come back out. I asked her if she would please get my cinnamon roll and she did. Hood girl acted spaced out. It took about 20 minutes to cut out the roll and put it in a box. ??♀️
I’m gonna be honest, this Panera has the worst service, the food is alright, but the drive thru line needs help bad. The purpose of a drive thru line is to get food to you faster than going in but I’ve been sitting in this line for 20 mins for a dang wrap. I could have went inside and gotten my food and been out faster. Idk what the problem is but it’s not a short trip to Panera if you are on a 30 min lunch break.
Very very slow drive through. Two people in front of me ended up pulling off because of the wait. Based on other reviews seems like this is a common occurrence
I ordered a CHICKEN Ceasar Salad. No chicken on my salad. Took forever in line and I wad on lunch break so I didn't have time to turn around to say my salad was wrong. As long as it took. My order should have been correct
Girl took my order, then pulled up to window. Sat there for about 10 minutes with no one coming to the window. No greeting, no exchange of money, no nothing. Just left after waiting that long. Very unhappy. Would give half star if could
My husband came and got me a chicken noodle soup this evening. There were like two noodles and a barely any chicken/carrots etc. He basically spent $7 on a bowl of broth. No answer when calling the establishment.
