The food made 5 of our 9 party have stomach issues. Not sure what part caused it as we shared everything. But something definitely wasn't the best. They also had forgot to bring out plates for 2 of our party and we were waiting a while for them to bring those out.
Really like the landscaping this chain does. This location looks great, but the parking lot had quite a bit of trash in it. Just cropped out of the pics. They have 6 “to-go” parking spaces which speeds up food delivery.
We came here for a birthday dinner. We went when there wasn’t many people, so I wasn’t expecting a long wait for food. We placed our orders. It wasn’t until my husband was brought his food that our waiter informed me that what I ordered was no longer available. That was about 30 minutes of waiting, with no refills or just checking in. So I ordered something else. It took another 30 minutes to finally get my food. What was weird was my food was brought out cold. So not sure how long it was waiting until it was brought out. Told the waiter, he told his manager. They took off my meal and my husband’s. So pretty much just our drinks. The shady thing though was the waiter said he had to do all these side steps to get the meals taken off. But when we really took a look at the receipt, he had added things we didn’t order and then took them off but it kept that history of the food. So when it had the suggested amount for his tip, it was based off a $100+ evening of meals. Make sure to check your receipts. We were really upset to realize what had happened later. Pretty positive he did that thinking we weren’t going to tip him well based off of the new bill under $10.
Had a party of 9 at first they told me 45 minutes to an hour then they told me it's going to be an hour and a half what? We had a 93 year old ww2 vet with us and his wife that's way too long for a Sunday afternoon at 2 pm. The food was good
Recently I posted a great review for this restaurant. Today was a different story. While the server was fine, my fork had cheese on it. My husband was served soup that was soured. And the room temperature was COLD. We heard other customers talking about being cold. We usually enjoy OG. I hope someone pays attention and fixes these problems. Disappointed
Very disappointed from the lady at the front register, manager, general manager and customer service. I have lupus, diabetes and wasn't feeling well. It took me an hour to get there, get my food and back to work. I've been at work since 9am without anything to eat. Made it back to work and had a bowl full of water. I was not able to leave work again and don't get off until 6pm. Now they have delivery, but would not send someone to deliver me a replacement meal. I was told they didn't have anyone available to deliver. I went online to place an order and surely delivery was available. Now I was given a gift certificate, but it doesn't compensate for it.
We drove hour to go eat here and it was terrible experience for us. Server was slow couldn't get refills she brought salad out didn't give us any silverware then she just disappeared again we had to ask another server for silverware in return she brings us back plastic forks said they were out of real silverware note they were not just slam busy. We had ordered an appetizer which didn't out till after our actual meal. The wife and my food were OK but my mom orders sirloin med. Well it comes out rare they take it back bring back out look like it was just microwaved seriously was never moved on plate her noodles were hard dry. Horrible experience here will definitely never be back pitiful
It was delicious!!! ? Our waitress was great and the food was even better! There was a little wait but they were pretty busy. It was worth it!
We were the first ones in the restaurant when they opened and the bathrooms were disgusting. There was fecal matter on the toilets and the mirrors. The floors were nasty. We told the manager about the bathroom and nothing was done.The food took a very long time for us to get it and when we did everything was overcooked. The one good thing about our experience is we had a really nice waitress. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone eating here.
Olive Garden is Italian food much in the same way that Florida Georgia Line is country music. Now that I've gotten my joke out of the way, the food is consistently good, the staff are all consistently nice, the building and restrooms are always clean, and I never leave disappointed. Great place to take the family for dinner.
