I love dining at O' Charley's. I had lunch with my sister. I had a spicy Bloody Mary with my entree. It was delicious! I really enjoyed my server, Skyler Smith. She did a great job making sure we had a good time... I will ask for her next time I go there. *****
I did take out and there wasn't any issues on that front. The food was meh. My fried chicken had too much salt and I couldn't eat it. The fried fish my wife and kid got wasn't great, and over-salted as well. We picked this place for the seafood options and distance from our hotel, and it would have been better to choose another restaurant.
Staff and service was great!! The young gentleman at the front greeted us and seated us,the waitress came shortly there after and took care of us with great table service and a smile the whole time. Will visit again on my next trip.
We visited O’Charley’s here in Hattiesburg today. It was the greatest experience we’ve ever had at O’Charley’s. The food was great. Kelly is a phenomenal bartender. The drinks were GREAT. He also possess a GREAT personality. He made this birthday celebration for my wife one to remember. This experience today was GREAT! We invite everyone to visit this O’Charley’s, and ask for Kelly.
Wonderful service tonight! Everyone was attentive and friendly especially our waitress Maggie! Great selection of food items and everything tasted great. We enjoy coming here and will be back!
This restaurant in Meridian MS always has delicious food and a laid back atmosphere that feels like home. The waitresses are friendly too! My favorite things to order are the Any and Everything Salad since it never disappoints! My other favorite is the Grilled Salmon. I am a Salmon lover and it's delicious. Stop by and experience this delicious for yourself.
I made a large pick up order at this location, and I was very disappointed. For starters, one employee could not answer any questions I had. I’m not sure if she was new or what but she didn’t know anything at all. I received my order and begin to check everything. I immediately sent the fried pickles back in, and the 2nd batch was the same. The chicken tenders where fried dark and hard. They did make more that looked more presentable. The potato skins looked like they were previously cooked and just sitting there waiting to be served… I recently had an excellent experience at another location, so I decided to try this one in Hattiesburg, MS which was terrible. If I could of gave a negative rating I would have. As shown in the pictures are a comparison of the fried pickles and comeback sauce. The items that look disgusting is from the Hattiesburg, MS location. The other is actually from 2 days ago from another location and it still looked more appetizing. Restaurants really should do better with how they send out the food that people are paying their money for. As a cook, if you wouldn’t want to eat it then DO NOT SEND IT OUT TO A CUSTOMER!!!!!
Im sorry to say that we received poor service from the time we walked in the door. Lack of attention and outright borderline rude behavior (more like lacking warmth to people waiting to be seated, with a self absorbed, no consideration attitude). While we waited, with no else in the lobby, the front staff turned a family away saying they "didn't have enough help to serve them" (on a Saturday night). Our wait time to have somene take our order, then finally bring our food was ridiculously long, at like 45 + minutes and hardly anyone else in the place and our server was oblivious to good etiquette, as she reached across us with abandon yet said that her arms were 'not long enough to set our drinks down,' so chose to enlist myself and young family members to do the job when all it would've taken would've been to use some thought about where she was standing and some, well, 'thought' in general, as she seemed lost the whole time. The bill was about $20.00 higher--at around $115.00 total for two adults and two children--than other similar restaurants in the city, for nothing special ordered for things like chicken strips, hamburgers and two of the most tasteless, dried out and over salted 6 oz. steaks my wife and I had ever tried to chew. This is the second bad experience we've had there in the last two visits so I doubt we'll be trying for a third strike.
Went to O'Charley's on April 1st for dinner with family. BIG mistake! We had the WORST waitress ever, a chick named Kayla. She was unorganized, completely missed one order, and was incredibly slow! I can definitely understand why there were so few customers there during what used to be their peak hours! Between the awful service and the wildly inflated prices, I won't be going back!
