Visited the Pearl, MS location on yesterday (Thursday night), it was convenient since my granddaughter and her mom were here visiting from Texas and it was close to the hotel they were residing in. We had to ask for silverware. The waitress never said her name. She spilled the drinks while bringing them to the table. The food was cold. The hamburgers, the pasta, the French fries, and the chicken were all cold. Had to flag the waitress down just to get her attention. She got the manager and of course he has his own explanation; the only thing he offered to bring out hot, was some French fries. For the money I paid for 4 people, his response could have been a bit more of showing that he cared about his customers.
We were passing through and read the reviews and saw the menu. With that in mind, decided to go in for lunch. Our server was polite, and engaging the entire dining experience. The reason for the 4 stars is because the appetizer portion sizes did not equal up to the amount we paid for them. Other than that, if we are ever in the area again, we will be returning!!
We loved this place! It was so good. I had the new Southern burger and it was great! My wife had the turkey burger and she loved it. The onion rings were great as well. You must try the cheese wedges, they are delicious.
Great environment, well set up, food is good, wish there was more seafood selections. Unfortunately, at the bar, the gentleman server is rarely there to take orders, not that attentive. Staying put at the bar to take orders and serve would propel it to perfection. Others at the bar with me expressed the same sentiment. When food are served, the plates are greasy all around, not a singular statement, happened multiple times as I have been there, multiple visits to fairly judge it.
I was very excited to try the burger here because I had heard that they had good burgers but it didn’t turn out to meet my expectation.The burger was huge and so filling which is a good thing I think. The burger bun was sweet and tasted yum. But I didn’t like how the burger tasted. It was so plain with no flavors. I loved the sides though. The onion rings and potato fries was delicious. Fresh grilled vegetables was awesome.I loved the service there. The servers were very welcoming and friendly. They checked to see if everything was going good several times. The place was spacious and good. It wasn’t that busy when we were there but it looked like it would get busier during evening time. Had a good experience overall.
So, I decided to give this location a shot...a Mugshot lol. Walk in, greeters were professional. It was that time of the day where it wasn't busy. My waitress was the definition of southern hospitality. I ordered my usual, and it arrived in less than 10 minutes. EVERY JAWBREAKING BITE OF MY FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. Service overall was immaculate, and I would not mind coming back. Worth every penny, but I really wish they sold the molten lava cake like the one I go to regularly.
I used the online ordering. It was easy to use, we modified every burger too. Food was made the quickest I have ever seen, and was notified by text. Food was waiting for me up front upon my arrival. Girls were sweet and friendly. I check our food, everything was correct. Really good experience!
So 3 friends and I come in about 5pm. I ordered the “new” Southwest Philly...yummy, sounds delicious! I asked for no rotel, add Swiss. Food arrives to our table about 50 minutes later. Half of the ingredients that are listed on the menu to come on this sandwich are not on it. It came out a chopped burger with green peppers and cheese....no onions, no pico, no comeback sauce. The manager said they do not even carry pico, and that no, comeback sauce doesn’t come on it. First time there and was not impressed. My friends food came out perfect, though.
Excellent post-movie meal! The breakfast burger was large and well prepared with fried egg that didn't fall apart after biting in! Mashed potato side was a perfect compliment. Atmosphere was nice and the facilities were excellent!
They open at 10:00 in the morning!!!! At 4:00 in the afternoon, they have no cold Bud Light??? The better half and I had a bad day dealing with some outstanding stupid people!! All we wanted was a "quite little spot" to Rest. So we "picked our table" but no that area is "closed"!!! So we are "required" to sit at a booth next to the Bar, should have walked out at that point?? We order beer, beer received, mine hot, better half "tested" it, was hot!! Waiter wanted to take "food order" when she brought the beer, told her we needed more time. 1/2 beer later she is back for the "food order", told her 3 times, we needed more time, before she went away!!! (may we enjoy our beer and rest)??? Manager came out and told me he was do a "special cool" on my 2nd beer, beer gone time later I "stopped" the waiter and told her to bring me another beer, hot or cold!!! She brings my 2en beer and we give her our "food order"!!!! So,,,, we can't get cold beer, we are required to sit next to the bar, we are "pressured to order food"-I gave her a 15% tip which is very low for me!!! It will be a while if ever that I return to this, what ever it is!!!
