Food could be warmer. If I wanted it cold I would of went home and ate a ham sandwich.
It's your typical McDonald's middle of the road. Not bad order a quarter. Pounder should be fresh. Beautiful photos quarter pounders or half the size they used to be. And sure that has to be an economic decision and we're a lot of flies in the store that had to be sued off. But I think everybody has flies right now. If I had to complain about anything it would be no one said hi. Hello, how are you doing? Thank you or anything. The store did need to have some cleaning done but They have one customer in the lobby. One customer in line and one customer in the drive-thru and I ordered ahead using an app. Took 15 minutes to get my meal. They were cooking a lot of things so maybe it was those delivery services ahead of us but all in all it was ok.
This is the best (most consistent,- almost always has supplies) place to eat in Columbia. Every other fast food place in town has been without stock , more than once. I don't mean during COVID-19. Sorry to gripe about other fast food here but I have not been asked for other reviews because I won't spend my hard earned money at the other places. Night crew is slow. Just like every where else in Columbia. Dining room closes at 8,pm get there early. The day crew works very hard ,good management on day shift.
I love McDonald's I love the chicken nuggets and the number one they all good even the breakfast is good I love that too y'all have a nice night thank you I love it when I just take them out of you Kathy Montague
This place is terrible. The drive thru is always problematic. I have spent up to 30 minutes in the drive thru. While just down the road another famous and busy chicken place takes care of 10 times the customers. The food is always cold. They consistently put the wrong items in your bag. I have to open the bag and check to confirm it is correct. And for some reason their credit card machine will stop working. Overall just a bad experience each time.
I had a big mac with extra sauce. An my sauce tasted like old mayonnaise. I was too far gone to take it back!! First time experiencing that!!
Food was very hot and fresh and staff was very friendly. Drive thru moved very swiftly.
Wow, its sad that we have raised a generation of robots that are programmed to Run back n fourth infront of the counter to the Drive-Thru, or put together DoorDash orders BEFORE Helping or even Acknowledging the ACTUAL People... standing there, in-line, RIGHT INFRONT of them ...After 10 minutes of not even a "Hello" my wife, and 3 others in line, walked out.
We go here a lot it is my son's favorite restaurant and he only likes this location because they always get his order right!
The place is always clean, but the poor kids working there are almost in over their heads. I don't know if we've raised a generation of space cadets who can't color coordinate their clothes (or their hair for that matter), or is our fast food services breaking down. Have you noticed how small the portions are now days? If you have the money, eat somewhere else. If you are pinching pennies, still eat somewhere else. Your body will thank you in the future.
