Horrible customer service. Whole staff of people and it doesn’t equal 1. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before but everything was wrong from wait time to customers service to orders.
Would rate this location less than one if it’s possible! We did it curbside for 35 minutes no one came to Inform us. My husband went in to get our order or find out about it only to find out they had canceled our order because they had run out of breakfast burritos and never bothered to tell us. I went in with my card to cancel the order stood there in front of the cash register for 15 minutes nobody offered to help me or anything. Filed a dispute on my credit card
Over a 20 minute wait for curbside. When I saw someone from the drive thru that was asked to pull into a spot get their food before me I asked about it. Lady was very rude and wanted me to tell her my entire order. My order finally came out afterwards.
I had went to bit a burritos from there and it was hard as a rock and cold so I ripped open and it had a half of a dead roach in it I called and said it they said oh well and I told them I had the order number and and the manager hung up on me once I told them I wanted my money back I called them back they said I’d have to bring them back end and I couldn’t get my money back just two more burritos?
Extremely rude to customers, possibly because of their race. I entered McDonald's immediately followed by two other customers. I chose to use the kiosk, others went to counter. After several minutes one customer had to ask 3 times if someone could take her order. Finally a manager (dark blue shirt) walked up to counter and rather sarcastically said "You can use the machines" and nothing else. No smile, no apologies, nothing. The customer had a very large order for a baseball team. If it was me she was being disrespectful to I would have called her out. She (Manager) was obviously annoyed at the other customers who wanted to order at counter. As I'm typing this another customer had to raise his voice to get their attention. The initial customers were all white, and the employee was black. The time is 740am on the date review was submitted. Totally unacceptable behavior by employee(s)
We went through the McDonalds drive through and not one word was spoken to us other than "Go ahead with your order", "What to drink", "$16.51". It was at the first window the lady said $16.51. My hubby had to finally drive around since the lady didn't give us a total at the speaker. The lady at the pickup window did not say one word and didn't have a name tag on. My hubby had to sit at the pickup window until the lady finally turned around and then had to wave for her to come over to ask for ketchup. Store 5111 is off of our list for places to stop as we travel across the country.
5/22/22 whomever took my husband's order was rude. Told him we couldn't add extra whip topping to my caramel frappe because we wouldn't really be getting what we paid for lol like !!..?? REALLY because I add it all the time when I do go to the one in petal all the time.
Clean environment friendly staff great food but frapie machine was broke.
Ordered a cup of coffee...people waiting for simple orders waiting for very long time. Employees were not courteous or prompt. You could hear them talking about how everyone was so impatient. It took 10 minutes to get a simple coffee. Employees had a really bad attitude. Will not go back.
Stopped at two different mcDs today. Had trouble ordering from the kiosk at both. Kiosk would not accept the item touched to place as my order. At one mcDs gave up and ordered at the counter. At the other an employee went to another kiosk and that one worked. Highly frustrating because I have used kiosks at other mcDs stores and haven't had this issue.
