Just bit into a piece of glass that was in my fry basket ! Way to ensure your customers are safe …this is ridiculous!
There was no wait, which was great. It was dinner time so that was surprising there was no line in the drive thru. Unfortunately, the customer in front of us must have ordered something special or a large order because they took quite a while at the pickup window. Our order was fine, although it could have been hotter. The fries were a little on the lukewarm side.
How are you going to take walk-up customers orders at the drive thru some days but not others?? Not everyone has a car when the lobby is closed! Last I checked, money is money. Or could it be that someone simply doesn't want to work and is looking for an excuse not to??P.S. I ordered through the app and was walking up to complete the order. No one else was behind me. No car in sight. I have to work at 7, so I can't go into the lobby to order then.
The food was hot and Freash. The staff we're very friendly and helpful. Restaurant Restroom and lobby was very clean??
While it can get crowded at times, the food is pretty good.Their fries are the best.Just not giving a 5 star because the past few times I've been there it was quite slow. They seemed understaffed.
My Momma gets those strawberry pies and my sister works there. I almost got beat up by a girl in there one time I'm still feeling like I should have got her something to eat like she said but anyways sux it don't have a playplace but it is right down the road from SouthernMiss and it does have WiFi
The person who is taking orders at this specific time is HORRIBLE. He is an African American male and very rude! We wanted to use our rewards and he made it a big issue that the codes were not the same on my phone and in his system. This is not my issue. It’s all about the delivery and tone of your service! It could have been a bad day but that’s when you should sweep the parking lot or wash dishes, you shouldn’t be around customers!
Most rude people I have meet. I work customer service for two different retailers and If I acted like this I would be fired on the spot. Order is hardy ever write. And not to mention how my order is handed out the window before I get to it blowing in the cold.
Order was not RIGHT, one cashier was RUDE and one cashier was friendly. Inconsistent Customer Service ? P.S. Fries was cooked with OLD Grease ?
Apparently they were so worried with getting orders so quick out the door that apparently raw food is ok.
