Very rude young lady at the second window drive threw. I needed another straw, when she open the window, I said " can I get another straw please" she says, "huh". Really! Very rude , on top of that she didn't smile or say hello, have a nice day, nothing. I've been in the customer service business all my life and I'm 57. Customer service is so very important so customers will come back. I won't be going back any time soon to this McDonald's.
Come here to eat and NOT the burger king across the street. Its better here!
Great service and very prompt. Management definitely runs a tight ship.. The app really adds a personal touch to ordering. I was caught off guard the first couple of times they called me by name. LolI'm lovin' it!
Do not expect to get what you order here. And even after calling the Williams family (owners of this McDonald's) , the employees still didn't cook our Fish Filets fresh like we ask them to do. They either use a microwave or some type of heating lamp to keep your precooked order hot until they hand it out the drive through window at you. Be careful about any complaints you may have because they will give you the worst attitude you've ever seen. They are also very hateful if you complain about your drink not having enough ice in it,bthey tell you they will sell you a glass of ice for the same price as a drink. Take my word for it, avoid the McDonald's that is across from Wesley Hospital because you will be disappointed when you get your order. And don't complain about not getting your straws or napkins either, that causes the ladies at the window to have bad attitude with you. And calling the Williams family to complain is a joke.
I am so glad that MC Donalds has deals on the app. I am also glad that they brought back the $1.00 drinks. I love swinging in twice a day and getting that cool drink on a sunny day. I'm going back tomorrow to redeem more and collect my birthday treat. ?
Waited in line 15 minutes just to order a Happy meal and be asked to pull up and wait, and this is fast food.
I went to the drive-thru ordered nuggets with buffalo sauce. The line was long when I arrived, but it moved quickly.
