Food is good--not as good as it used to be. This location never has spuds ready, no matter when we go. Always a 30 min wait for them to cook more. Then usually overcooked when you get them.

No Chicken on salad! Ordered pick 2 Rueben and Southwest Chicken and Avocado salad. The food was good but they missed the "chicken" part of the salad.
This is how our club sandwiches came tonight. “Because they were out of the spring mix”. Grocery stores are open to get lettuce and tomatoes from?? Sandwiches also did t have condiments on them evenly. I had Mayo on 1/4 of half of the sandwich. So odd and lazy. Also no pickles on my order. Manager didn’t really give me a solution other than sorry our truck comes in the morning. It looks like a 5th grader made the sandwiches.

I meant to take photos ? but I got so excited about a spud ? that I forgot! ?Ok, long story short, it was seriously good. They were busy, and the staff was great. I noticed everything was super clean....and they had a lot of "to go" orders too.I got the veggie spud & he got the chicken wrap ?with Mac and ?cheese. It was holler out loud ?good!! If you haven't tried this McAlisters you are missing out!Highly recommend ??
Jim and I wanted a nice cup of soup and a sandwich today… bitter cold outside. Decided to try this place… usually busy… many years ago we occasionally went to one and had stopped… couldn’t remember why. I remember now! We both ordered a cup of soup and half a sandwich each. Both soups were cold… cup only about half full! The Sandwich was worse! Lukewarm grilled ham and cheese…. More like lukewarm bread that had so little ham I opened it to look! Cheese… a small amount had managed to get on the sandwich but very little! Jim’s horseradish roast beef and cheddar was a joke! No cheddar visible, thin roast beef that covered less than half the bread in a very thin layer! Lots of roasted onions… which is not what we’re looking for in a roast beef sandwich! The entire meal was cold and meager portions! $26 plus tip and we left not satisfied! We won’t make this mistake again! Terrible food
Out to lunch with my daughter..I had the turkey jalepeno crunch sandwich with a Savannah chopped salad, it was so delicious. My daughter had the french dip and it was also very good, you can never go wrong at Mcallisters, I've never had a bad meal at any of their locations. One of my favorites.
It’s food. Open the day after Christmas which was great because we needed to eat and no one was cooking. Family of 4, $35~.
