I always enjoy going here, the staff is super friendly and the food is always fresh.

Don't bother ordering delivery, if something happens to your order they won't do anything about because they use door dash. Doesn't matter if you're using the McAlister's app
Called to place an order over the phone for my friend to pick up for me and leave at doorstep while I had covid. They informed me they don’t accept payment over the phone when I have done it multiple times and a friend of mine just had it done last week.Then the manage on duty Nathan suggested I put my friend in contact with me (while I have covid) to give her my card and go pick my food up. I informed them the soup I wanted wasn’t even listed on DoorDash for me to order.Gave me such a hard time for a service they’ve done multiple times.
Delicious food but staff is a little too outgoing. I can't enjoy my food while having to listen to an employee complain to another employee about how their life stinks .
It was really good, fast and friendly! I would recommend to anybody... that's hungry.

I normally stop here frequently for a bowl of chicken and dumplings. Well today, it had no dumplings! Just the liquid and chicken. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home so now I have to go get food from somewhere else!
I ordered a club sandwich on 10/21/2021 and the bread quality was not okay. This is one of my favorite items on the menu and I was very disappointed in the freshness of the bread. I really would like something to be done about my unsatisfactory experience.
Jalapeno turkey crunch is where it's at. I used to eat at location in college, now share visits with daughter in grad school at Southern. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
