Walked in tonight and was told they were closed 6 minutes before 10 and they said they were closed even though they shouldn’t be so I would go early ,don’t be a late nighter because you will not be served
The only reason I give 1 star is bc I give negative stars. This is absolutely the most unprofessional business in the Hattiesburg area. My family and I come often and each time it gets worse. Came in 4/2/22 around 3pm and the Caucasian guy was coughing consistently with his mouth wide open. No mask and begin to have the sniffles. He was extremely rude and rushing us to decide what we wanted. With scoop in his right hand, he then covers his mouth with his right arm and begin coughing again. He then looks at us with this look basically saying “so you going to order or what?” We decided to leave but due to the fact that something always happen, I later called the store to speak with the owner or manager. Dave answered the phone and stated “there’s no manager here so what do you want?” I responded that I called to speak with the manager. He later puts the phone down and answer as If he’s the manager. I asked what was his name and he said “Dave”. I then replied “then you’re not the manager”. He then says “I’m sorry to tell you but they’re never here so I don’t know what to tell ya”. I went back To the store where Dave lied that he didn’t speak to me when he did then gave me a false phone number to speak with the owners. I can assure you that will be my last time there. I hate baskin Robbins but I can assure you I’ll eat there before I step foot in Marble Slabs located in Hattiesburg, MS
Staff was amazing. Full line and they worked that line with no issue. As always the quality was amazing.
About 20 different flavors to choose from, and 5-6 comes or cups to go in. They also have other deserts like Shakes. P.S they give free samples of your choice on little spoons?
Was not impressed at all. 2 stars just for the friendly staff but the ice cream was nothing to be proud of.

I’ve been visiting marble slab since I was young, and it’s always been so good. Sadly… the past two years, every time I go, the ice cream is watery. It melted immediately. Bring back the delicious hard ice cream. Don’t know if the cooler needs to be fixed or what. I miss the fresh consistency of marble slab. PLEASE FIX BEFORE TOO LATE. Peace and love
Very nice place, and extremely nice people. Excellent ice cream. Had a chocolate shake, much better than a fast food place or Baskin Robbins. My mom had some white chocolate ice cream, also excellent. The slab where they mix in the toppings is cool too.
There’s ice crystals in the ice cream, cones are stale, toppings are hard. Really sad because this was my fav ice cream place :/
