Fried catfish was excellent! Very fresh, lightly battered and perfectly fried, crispy outside but not greasy inside. In town from Houston - Le’s could compete there

I purchased five pounds of crawfish. They were seasoned quite well. However, they were very small & at least three pounds of my bag was inedible leg, claw & head pieces. I will not return. I do not recommend them for crawfish... ??
