30 minutes trapped between vehicles in the drive thru. Only to get to the window and tell the grill is down. Lady inside was not worried one bit about waiting on anyone. Not the Krystal's I remember when going to school here. ?
Inside was clean! Friendly staff! Quick, fresh, and hot. French frys were absolutely amazing. Parking lot is connected to truck parking lot and both are nasty with garbage everywhere along with what appears to be a few abandoned vehicles. Overall I give it a 3 out of five. Food was 4 out of 5!
38.00 for meals for 4 people, we took one bite each and threw it away went to arbys down the road. We ain’t from here just passing through! Horrible, looked like cat food smeared on a Hawaiian roll. Tasted more like the true meaning of sh1t on a shingle ?
Not sure how service is during the day..I depend on Krystals for a late night snack but the wait is very long I waited at the speaker 10 minutes before someone took my order. They did however have the courtesy to let me know it would be just a moment so that's cool I guess. Also food was actually hot and fresh so if you willing to wait it's worth it on a late night
Bathroom was nasty. Toilet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month. The cashier was sweet but the older lady working in the kitchen was fantastic. Very beautiful soul. Food was hot and my order was correct.
This place stays packed and I understand why! We love these little burgers so much. The staff are always working their hardest to get lines down and I never mind the wait.
The lady working the counter was complaining and the 2 people working to prepare the food did not seem to be in a hurry to do anything. I didn't mind waiting, we all know that it's hard to get enough staff these days but when she started complaining about "this don't make no sense..." We decided to leave. No one was complaining about the line except her.
Drive thru was closed in the middle of the afternoon but there was no signage telling anyone it was closed. I was standing at the counter and a car pulled up to the window. The lady behind the counter was using foul language because that woman pulled up to her window. So rude. Worst customer service ever. This store needs to be on undercover boss. I hope you can correct this problem because this store could be a goldmine with the right staff.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Waited 20 mins in the drive through and they messed my order up. Took them back in and told the man working the counter I did not order cheese on my order. He takes them back and I wait another 10 minutes and they have cheese again. Bring them back in and another 10 min AND THEY HAVE CHEESE AGAIN. Then they remake it again this time with no cheese and only mayo. So frustrated at this point and I'm trying to tell the guy and he threatens to fist fight me over it. Would not give me my money back and they didn't give me a receipt at the time of order. horrible customer service and I wouldn't be surprised if the place shuts down.
They notified me at the speaker they were cleaning the grill... I pulled forward to see the guy with the headset detailing his car in the parking lot... he didn't specify which grill, I guess... I waited 10 min, ordered, and then the guy at the window shorted me on my change... Pretty typical experience for this Krystal over the past 20 years
