This is the wrost taste of chicken a ever tast I feel like throwing up from the chicken its not cooked write y'all cant just cook it medium it not lamb this chicken???

Waited over 20 minutes for food. Must have been cooking to order. This practice IS NOT good for drive thru service. Drinks were served with melted ice after being fixed 20 minutes earlier. Everyone that came through had to wait.
I did a pickup order in my app , picked up in store. Chicken was coming out of the fryer(yum) when I walked in, I was 5 min early, added a chicken sandwich which I had forgotten, and 5 minutes later I was out the door. Perfection on my order and a very pleasant manager who took care of me. I keep saying it, KFC has Popeyes beat hands down.
KFC stands for Kentucky Fried Chicken. This is fried chicken, but it sure isn't in Kentucky.
Only because negative is not an option. I visited the Broadway Drive location twice within the past two weeks. At the first visit, this location was out of wings and I had to use the exact change for whatever I ordered. I declined and went about my day. Tonight, I visited again only to find there was a 45 minute wait for whatever my order would be ( at or about 8pm)... both times the attendants were less than hospitable and did not attempt to assist me or keep my business. -5
-5. This is my second time in two weeks visiting this location. The first visit, I was advised I'd need to provide the exact change and they did not have wings. At the second visit this evening, I was advised there would be a 45 minute wait at 8pm on anything I ordered. I give up. You all can keep it.
It Sucked !!!! 4:15 chicken dry ,old, cold, . Pot pie cold and hard as a rock on bottom. Biscuits hard and cold. Popcorn chicken hard as hell. . Only thing good was the drink and mashed pots. SO SO SAD They have gone to hell
I used to be a huge fan of KFC, but this location literally can't get an order right. Last time, we I asked them to fix it. They insisted that they already had... Terrible service. Probably won't ever go back.
I enjoy the 6 tenders I got with mashed potoe & gravy & biscuit will be back soon thank you for your service at KFC
