My son and I, both chicken snobs, had to try the new chicken sandwich. He got the big box - original sandwich, 3 sides and a drink 9$, I got the reg spicy combo for 7$. They have got popeyes beat hands down, sandwich- great chicken, big and cooked perfectly, and fresh, roll is better, pickles better, spicy sauce better. Fries are out of this world good, crispy, coated, and fresh. Mac n cheese great . Bye popeyes...

Chicken looked and felt like it had been cooked some days ago and reheated. Returned it and it still looked like they were trying to sell old chicken. Horrible
The people are rude. The price on the sign is different than what you pay. The sign said my #2 combo was $6.49. I was charged $6.79. When I pointed it out to the works. They stated that’s what the computer changed and we can’t change it.
The order was wrong and over-cooked. The chicken was old. Took forever in the drive-thru. Don't waste your money. I should have just burned the $20. Won't go back.
Ordered in store, was told chicken was cooking, 15 minute wait. Sat waiting for over 30 minutes. No excuse for this. If it's going to be 30 minutes just say that and I'll decide if I want to wait. Unacceptable.
